Excelente sitio para descansar y desconectarse. Atención esmerada y personalizada. Desayuno abundante, diverso y de alta calidad. Restaurante de altos estándares. Estupendo SPA. Habitaciones bonitas, limpias y bien decoradas. Terraza con jacuzzi privado muy agradable. Gran hotel!

O café da manhã é maravilhoso.
O quarto tem muito conforto, cama boa, jogo de lençol maravilhoso.
A piscina é lindíssima e perfeita.
O chuveiro não esquenta muito, ele esquenta e para.
A chegada no hotel é direto no mar, não é algo que achei ruim, mas um aviso quando agendamos a lancha seria interessante, assim a gente se prepara melhor para se molhar.
A praia é uma delícia.
O almoço, petiscos na piscina e o jantar são pagos. Média dos pratos 60.000. Ao todo na nossa estadia de 3 dias gastamos 1.200.000
Tivemos uma noite de chuva intensa e nosso quarto teve muitas goteiras, mas a equipe nos mudou de quarto e foram ágeis.
A jacuzzi que tem no quarto é uma delícia.

2 jours en fin de voyage en Colombie. Joli hotel, mais si on veut vraiment faire du balnéaire, je pense qu’il vaut mieux aller sur les îles San Andres

Todo estuvo prerfecto en la estancia , limpio bonito y el personal muy amable.
La comida deliciosa y llenador.
Solo el telefono no sirvio no podiamos pedir a la habitacion y no lo pudieron arreglar xq si fueron.
El transporte de ida en la lancha era personal nuevo que estaba aprendiendo y casi nos volteamos varias veces, iba muy rapido y todavia no sabia agarrar las olas bien. En la lancha de regreso no tuvimos ningun percance.

Nice resort - we enjoyed our time at the pool and spa!

Este hotel en una isla es el lugar perfecto para desconectar de la ciudad y disfrutar de la tranquilidad frente al mar. Aunque durante el día la música suena fuerte en algunas áreas, hay lugares más tranquilos para relajarse. El servicio es excelente y, aunque las opciones gastronómicas son limitadas, la comida es de buena calidad. Las áreas públicas son lindas y acogedoras, ideales para pasar el tiempo, y las cabañas son amplias, limpias, bien equipadas y cuentan con una terraza privada muy agradable. Un excelente destino para disfrutar con amigos o pareja, aunque no es muy adecuado para familias.

Such a beautiful experience! We loved every moment of it and it was an amazing aesthetic; it was so much relaxation and the food was great.

Hotel is nice, clean and safe, they would benefit from a gym and getting wifi to work on the roof of the premium rooms (where the jacuzzi and outdoor areas are). Unfortunately dining, customer service & management is lacking. Every single day the hotel ran out of food and drinks. The staff did nothing to resolve issues, rather just walked away quickly, made excuses or stood there saying nothing. During our stay the hotel ran out of STILL WATER, Coke Zero, pizza bases, ham, beef, deserts, other ingredients in cocktails on their menu. These problems happened EVERY day and eventually we met with the quality service manager, who did give us a free dinner, which was appreciated, however he just made more excuses rather than solving issues. Apparently it is the “hotel’s” fault, not any individual… One day we ordered our own food and drink from Cartagena for delivery, which proves getting supplies isn’t that hard, but nobody at the hotel was able to make this happen. Boats run every hour from Cartagena and staff on both sides? We ordered a drink off their menu only for staff to come back 20 minutes later and say they don’t have all the ingredients, then walk away without offering an alternative. We would come back if they got fixed these issues, but with an experience like this, if these issues aren’t resolved, we’d prefer to go back to Punta Faro on Mucura instead of come back here. Facility is luxury but service is far from it. Fix the problems and we would return.

Zona exclusiva y tranquila

The Makani was amazing. My family and I can’t wait to come back. It’s really close to Cartagena and they were great helping us arrange the time to take the boat to Tierra Bomba!

You have to stay here ! What a wonderful place , staff is amazing , property is beautiful , you will have an a amazing experience here , can’t wait to go back on my next visit to Cartagena
