Casa Boutique de Playa

Nice, clean and spacious.
I had two minor issues during my stay, one of them is outside the control of the hotel.
The first issue is the noise, there was very loud music playing from a nearby bar until very late. The hotel was kind to provide ear plugs.

The second issue was that the wifi did not reach our room at all, forcing us to spend our data while staying in the room

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is delicious from Mrs. Noresis and Ms. Bertran. The added bonus is the pool. If restaurants and bars are something you enjoy, then you will enjoy this place.

Muy mal . Realice una reserva para dos personas con dos camas y al llegar al hotel no tenían cuartos como los que ofrecen y decidieron tirar un colchón al piso. Me tocó coger una segunda habitación

Cuando llegamos al hotel no tenían la reserva que Hotels.com nos había confirmado. Tampoco ya tenían habitaciones disponibles así que tuvimos que irnos a buscar hotel en medio de la noche. Hotels.com no nos ha hecho aún el reembolso de la noche.

Solhu is the best hotel in the center of Santa Marta! The location is amazing, all the best restaurants and nightlife are very close. The roof top has nice views of the city, and the pool is so private and relaxing. The rooms are the best! I love them. Thanks for the Yoga classes!

La experiencia fue pésima. Reservamos a través de esta plataforma y aparecían cubiertos los impuestos al momento de hacer el check in los cobraron. En ese momento aceptaron el soporte, pero al momento de hacer el check out volvieron a cobrarlo y la chica de cabello rojo de la recepción fue grosera. El viaje era de trabajo y producto de esto llegamos tarde al evento para el que estábamos en Medellín. Nunca volvería a este hotel y no lo recomiendo a nadie

Un hotel muy lindo, limpio y muy buen servicio.
En la noche por estar en el centro histórico hay mucho ruido.

the food was incredible, arepa de huevo for breakfast so delicious, all the people that work there was friendly. this place its beautiful and fancy it’s really clean! My best time in Santa Marta was in Casa Solhu. Hugo the owner was a great host

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The ‘vibe’ of the hotel was tranquil and it felt like a retreat stay. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and the pool was phenomenal. The rooftop terrace was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. I missed breakfast time one morning and the curteous staff prepared breakfast for me anyways. The hotel is a three minute walk from Plaza de los Novios, a market is within walking distance, and its next to some great restaurants! I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back here in a future visit. The staff is super friendly and attentive to all our needs.

For starters the name is SOLHU. there is not casa boutique de playa. Nice new luxury hotel type. Noisy neighborhood. Not best location to walk at night. Very helpfull staff

Awesome

Property is very safe and beautiful! It’s close by many bars/restaurants, and parque de los novios (where many tour guides will pick you up). Only complaint is that the walls are thin- you can hear neighbors in some rooms and music from the bars. Didn’t bother me too much, and probably better than other hotels nearby.
