Fantastic hotel, a beautiful property and room, very comfortable stay.

Stayed for three nights in a very nice suite by the courtyard on the main floor. This hotel is right in the middle of the action of Cartagena yet is very quiet. Loved the high ceilings and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were very friendly. Two plunge pools on the rooftop were very relaxing in pool after a long hot day. I definitely would stay here again next time in Cartagena.

I stayed at Cinco Quintas Hotel in Cartagena while celebrating my birthday, and it was such a memorable experience! The staff was so nice and friendly, and they went out of their way to make my special day and the entire trip unforgettable. Andrea and Eric were especially wonderful. I truly appreciated their kindness and hospitality. I honestly dreaded coming back home to the States because of how much I enjoyed my stay. I will definitely return on my next trip to Cartagena!

The hotel was beautiful and in a prime location! Highly recommend staying here either while traveling solo or with others. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable about the area and everything feels clean and welcoming.

The room smelled like mold every time i walked in,
No hot showers, and they had a terrible visitors policy. They will charge you $100 for having a visitor even though i was staying alone in a room for 2 people.

The hotel was clean except for the smell in my room and the location is ideal for tourists.

Service and people excellent. Main bedRoom was small so an open closet was in the bathroom which had a very strong odor. All my clothes acquired the same odor so I had to
Move my clothes to the living room Also there was an air conditioner leak in the leaving room. I told the cleaning lady about the odor and she kindly placed a dehumidifier, but it helped just a little.

Cinco Quintas Cartagena exceeded expectations! Perfectly located in the heart of the city, it’s just steps from everything. The breakfast was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our suite was spacious and airy, with luxurious bedding and pillows that made it hard to get out of bed. A truly memorable stay!

Loved the hotel rooms super spacious and comfy. The decor was stunning and the Staff 10/10. Excellent location walked to every restaurant and shopping boutiques.

It was calm and pretty, really good service, comfortable beds, rooftop pool was beautiful, restaurant was delicious, everyone was so nice? The hotel is super cute and close to literally everything in the area

The staff was awesome. The rooms were wonderful. The aesthetic was top-notch. The only issue was the breakfast wasnt that great. But again the staff were phenomenal in caring for us.
