El joven de la recepción me canceló la reserva al llegar al lugar, porque según él no le gustó mi actitud al decirle que no tenían parqueadero para el carro y aparte me dijo que no sabía dónde habían parqueaderos y que tenía uno disponible pero que era para alguien que estaba esperando entonces me canceló la reserva y no pude ingresar al hotel con mi familia

Ubicación perfecta y una decepción enorme
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente

Cons:

El "apartamento" no reunía condiciones mínimas de comodidad. La cocina no tenía ollas, no tenía platos, tampoco nada para hervir agua para un café.
La limpieza era pésima.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

En esta ocasión, no había servicio de televisión, ni cobijas en la habitación, se le solicitaron al personal y tampoco tenían, hablamos de Bogotá una ciudad fría en donde por lo menos debe haber una cobija por husped.

Solo el tema del servicio de televisión y lo de las cobijas.
