Excelente!
Pros:

Perfecto estado. Muy nuevo. Buen servicio del personal. Buena ubicación.

Cons:

Que en la noche no tuvieran personal para llevar al cuarto cosas que se solicitaran de aseo personal en la habitación. Tocó bajar a buscarlo al lobby.

Buen lugar para compras en el Mall Santa Fe que queda muy cerca y hasta se puede caminar.

Cons:

Nos llamaron tarde en la noche cuando ya estábamos dormidos para que fuéramos a pagar una diferencia que ellos por error habían cobrado de menos en la cuenta de la cena. No querían esperar al día siguiente porque su caja lo les iba a cuadrar y prefirieron incomodar al cliente.

El mejor hotel de Medellin
Pros:

Una gran ubicacion, me encanto el desayuno, muy comoda la cama, super util los jacusis el sauna y el turco.

Cons:

Avitaciones un poco estrechas, pero muy chevere el hotel.

The only issue was pick up from,airport,and dropped off from hotel to the airport shuttle from,hotel,I booked shuttle,through,hotel,booked SUV car because of family of 4,but they send small taxi to pick us up from airport,and when booked shuttle,from hotel reception,she explained,the price to the air port,but the driver charge 30 COP more when drop us to the airport,any one should book the shuttle from Booking.come I did before never had issues not from hotel.

Hotel bom, mas localização deixa a desejar
Pros:

O quarto é bom, amplo, com banho muito bom, cama boa.

Cons:

A localização engana, ele fica no bairro Poblado, mas na verdade longe das áreas de comércio e restaurantes. Pela própria natureza das ruas de Medellin, o hotel é bem pouco acessível a pé e qualquer coisa tem de ser feita de carro. teoricamente está na bairro de andar, mas na verdade é isolado...
Tivemos também um problema no banheiro e foi bem demorado e chato para resolverem.
