Pros:

Everything was excellent! The staff was incredibly friendly! The room was cleaned every day and was always spotless. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. The hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere. A very nice hotel—I would definitely stay here again!👌🏽

Cons:

We stayed on the 14th floor, and the restaurant was directly above us. Early in the morning, before breakfast, and again at night after the restaurant closed, we could hear the noise of chairs and tables being moved while the staff prepared or cleaned up. It was loud enough to wake us up or make it difficult to fall asleep. However, despite this, we would still choose this hotel again and again because everything else was excellent!

L’accueil, la propreté de l’ensemble de l’hôtel (de la chambre jusqu’à la réception).

Definitivamente volveríamos
Pros:

Era nuestra noche de bodas y nos trataron súper bien, nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación y nos dejaron un dulcesito en la habitación con una nota. La verdad es que volveríamos y disfrutamos todo, desde la habitación hasta el desayuno y el turco con sauna

Pros:

Hotel is modern and pleasant. Spacious room and super comfortable mattress. I had a great sleep here!

Cons:

It is advertised as being in El Poblado, but in reality you need to take a 15-20 min Uber to El Poblado, it's not so close. Pool is a bit small and was closed one of the days we were there.

l'hotel rappresenta una valida scelta per chi soggiorna a Medellín
Pros:

l'Hotel si presenta molto bene e ha un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, buona anche la posizione rispetto ai centri commerciali della zona; ottima la visuale dalla sala pranzo; colazione nella norma rispetto ad altri hotel della zona dello stesso livello; menu variegato ma un po' caro.

Cons:

Il fatto che un'area della sala fitness non si potesse usare perché la macchina più completa era in riparazione

Pros:

Hermoso hotel. La terraza para desayunar tiene una vista increíble. El personal es muy atento. Además de alojarme como huésped organizamos un evento laboral de dos jornadas para 20 y todo estuvo impecable.
