Buen hotel, mal servicio del restaurante.

El hotel es nuevo, cómodo y se encuentra en una buena ubicación.

Cons:

El servicio del restaurante. El personal es lento tanto en la cena, como en el desayuno. Nos cobraron dos veces la cuenta de la cena, se ingresó el reclamos a través de su contacto en WhatsApp, nos pidieron los datos y hasta ahora no nos dan una solución.

Beautiful gem in Medellín
Pros:

This property is great, safe and clean. The staff is wonderful and always makes sure guests are comfortable. This is my second time in Medellín and have chosen to stay at Faranda both times and they did not disappoint. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious and clean. The views are incredible and the rooftop bar area is very relaxing! 100/10 would recommend, you will not regret staying here.

Os funcionários são muito solícitos e a localização é muito boa

Cons:

Não vale o custo benefício, o ar condicionado não funcionava direito, trocamos de quarto e mesmo assim estava muito calor. O café da manhã nao tem nada demais e o quarto estava muito empoeirado, eh um hotel mas pelo custo deveria ser melhor
