Esta reseña es especialmente para Ana y su compañera de recepción.

Llegué al hotel después de vivir una situación muy difícil. Esa misma mañana había sufrido un accidente con un vidrio q explotó y venía cansada, asustada y emocionalmente afectada.

Lo que encontré al llegar fue mucho más que un buen servicio. Encontré humanidad.

Ana y su compañera me ayudaron con una generosidad que nunca olvidaré. Se tomaron el tiempo de acompañarme, ayudarme a limpiar mis heridas y asegurarse de que estuviera bien. Lo hicieron con una calidez genuina, sin prisa y con una empatía que me hizo sentir cuidada en un momento en que realmente lo necesitaba.

Los hoteles pueden ofrecer habitaciones bonitas, buenos restaurantes o excelentes instalaciones. Pero lo que hace memorable una experiencia son las personas.

Hoy, lejos de casa, ellas me hicieron sentir acompañada y segura.

Gracias por recordarme que la hospitalidad verdadera no está en los edificios sino en los seres humanos que los habitan.

Modern, clean, comfortable hotel, close to shopping, easy to walk to nearby attractions.
Pros:

The breakfast is very good, they varied the options each day. The gym had everything I needed to complete my workout/exercise. The restaurant had delicious meals and is reasonably priced. Nice views

Cons:

My refrigerator quit working, but was promptly replaced after I called about it. The water could have been a little hotter in the shower, but maybe that is how they keep it.

Las chicas amargadas del restaurante.
Pros:

Las facilidades muy buenas y sobre todo, muy limpias. El personal de recepción y limpieza estuvieron excelentes, mas sin embargo no fue igual con el personal del restaurante (desayuno). En este caso no fueron tan amables y estaban amargadas. El buffet de desayuno, no tenían productos como quesos americanos y tanto el café, como el chocolate no estuvieron buenos,pues eran muy aguados y sin sabor. Entiendo pueden mejorar en ese aspecto.

Okay and good Ish value for money but wouldn’t stay again. Would look to stay somewhere else. English was not a strong p

It was new with nice views and reasonable facilities. Breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

Aircon didn’t seem to be able to be controlled and blew cold air over the bed all night leaving us with sore throat so would not stay again. Also, the gym was not very well looked after at all with weights everywhere and the weight equipment not maintained, also one day we went in there and it was unbearably, hot quite ridiculous really
