Beautiful gem in Medellín
Pros:

This property is great, safe and clean. The staff is wonderful and always makes sure guests are comfortable. This is my second time in Medellín and have chosen to stay at Faranda both times and they did not disappoint. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious and clean. The views are incredible and the rooftop bar area is very relaxing! 100/10 would recommend, you will not regret staying here.

Os funcionários são muito solícitos e a localização é muito boa

Cons:

Não vale o custo benefício, o ar condicionado não funcionava direito, trocamos de quarto e mesmo assim estava muito calor. O café da manhã nao tem nada demais e o quarto estava muito empoeirado, eh um hotel mas pelo custo deveria ser melhor

Pros:

Gostei de tudo. Quartos e camas confortáveis. Café da manhã bastante completo, com muitas opções... Recepção, atendimento, limpeza... Tudo impecável. Serviço de quarto e welcome drink e massagem cortesia muito bons também.

Perfecto estado. Muy nuevo. Buen servicio del personal. Buena ubicación.

Cons:

Que en la noche no tuvieran personal para llevar al cuarto cosas que se solicitaran de aseo personal en la habitación. Tocó bajar a buscarlo al lobby.

Buen lugar para compras en el Mall Santa Fe que queda muy cerca y hasta se puede caminar.

Cons:

Nos llamaron tarde en la noche cuando ya estábamos dormidos para que fuéramos a pagar una diferencia que ellos por error habían cobrado de menos en la cuenta de la cena. No querían esperar al día siguiente porque su caja lo les iba a cuadrar y prefirieron incomodar al cliente.
