Por una avería nos trasladaron a Casa Zarah, unas calles más abajo. Allí nos dieron la suite presidencial e igualmente nos encantó.

Great customer service and smooth communication
Pros:

Our room was unavailable due to the recent rainfall so we got relocated to another of their hotels. So I won’t be able to comment on this hotel itself.
I must say that the communication was great. We got notified the day before of the problem. They offered us a solution + an upgrade and were checking on us regularly. We ended up with a bigger room and not far down the street from our initial hotel. The room was spacious, clean, with working A/C and hot shower.
Breakfast was freshly made by the very kind staff.
10/10 for the service.

Cons:

The only downside is that it’s a bit noisy at night but that’s to be expected no matter where you stay in SM city centre. We still slept well despite the noise.

Pros:

L'emplacement à deux pas des bars et restaurants

Cons:

Le jacuzzi n'est pas du tout comme sur les photos nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner après nos journées de randonnées alors que notre choix pour cette casa ėtait entre autre pour le jacuzzi.
Tous les soirs, des drogués squattent sur les escaliers devant la porte d'entrée.
Les WC sont dans la chambre à côté de la tête de lit...

Viaje inolvidable !
Pros:

Emplacement parfait de l'hôtel. Dépaysement totalement et c'est ce que nous recherchions,la proximité avec la population. De plus, Rosa a fait que notre séjour soit inoubliable . Nous étions comme à la maison. Personnellement, je me suis retrouvée en enfance. Séjour plein de nostalgie ❤️🙏🙏
