Angenehme Erfahrung um den Urlaub abzurunden.
Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtet, angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war lecker das Personal freundlich und die Küche war immer zugänglich um sich selber auch was zubereiten zu können.

Cons:

Ein Wasserkocher, Feuerzeug für den Herd wären super gewesen.

Chambre cozy dans le centre historique
Pros:

Le personnel était super gentil et très à l'écoute. Super petit déj et mon préféré, le jardin avec le petit chat. Trop mignon. Le personnel avait allumé la clim avant qu'on arrive pour que la chambre soit confortable. Casa charlotte c'est pas loin de la plage et dans le centre historique donc l'emplacement est super. Ils ont pris soin de garder nos valises le temps de faire le parcours du parc Tayrona.

Cons:

La premier nuit le rideau de douche n'était pas installé donc par accident on a mis de l'eau partout, mais le personnel s'est occupé rapidement et nous a reglé le problème.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse. Todo estuvo impecable, el servicio fue muy amable y las instalaciones son tal cual como en las fotos. Sin duda volvería.

Por una avería nos trasladaron a Casa Zarah, unas calles más abajo. Allí nos dieron la suite presidencial e igualmente nos encantó.

Great customer service and smooth communication
Pros:

Our room was unavailable due to the recent rainfall so we got relocated to another of their hotels. So I won’t be able to comment on this hotel itself.
I must say that the communication was great. We got notified the day before of the problem. They offered us a solution + an upgrade and were checking on us regularly. We ended up with a bigger room and not far down the street from our initial hotel. The room was spacious, clean, with working A/C and hot shower.
Breakfast was freshly made by the very kind staff.
10/10 for the service.

Cons:

The only downside is that it’s a bit noisy at night but that’s to be expected no matter where you stay in SM city centre. We still slept well despite the noise.
