Hotel Casa del Gobernador

Terrible experience.. breakfast with limited options. Our room was near to the kitchen at the staff arrive at 4 am., talking loudly, laughing and setting out clutery and plates.

Loved this place. right in the center of town, very nicely done on the inside, super cute. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was perfect for cooling down in the afternoon and we would come back!

The property is extremely nice
It is a boutique hotel, so expect small rooms with just what is needed.
Pool area is amazing and I will heartily reciben the gobernador cocktail with either rum or bourbon.

Beautifully restored older building, with quaint rooftop pool to cool off from the local heat/humidity. Pleasant staff and delicious breakfast featuring local specialties. Quiet room in heart of city.

Lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of the wall city. Within walking distance to restaurants and other attractions. Eli at the reception was very friendly and pleasant. Juan at the restaurant provided excellent service. Breakfast was very good, with many options. The jacuzzi was not warm. We were told it would take a while to heat up, but it didn't. Overall

The lady who was in front desk had a very poor communication skill with poor english ability so we had a very bad experience with her. She wasn't friendly at all.

Wry nice hotel everyone was friendly and the accommodations were great

Staff is amazing. Great service from the moment you walk in. Room was big , breakfast was amazing every day. Close to everything. Extremely quiet room !

This hotel is right in the middle of everything. Most ealking tours meet at the clock tower which is a 4 minute walk away. It is never lonely or desolate. And while there are vendor and tourists all over, I was never bothered by any noise. The hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast was also really good. The front desk staff were all so friendly.

Nice location in the walled city, close to restaurants and attractions. The breakfast is excellent and our room was very clean with daily housekeeping. Will stay there again next time!

From the moment you arrive you can tell why going to a boutique hotel makes a difference! As a welcome drink and warm hand towels is what’s provided. The hotel is 12 rooms with two bars one rooftop and one downstairs. The rooms are big and spacious. Our room was completely quiet being in the middle of town in which you can expect noise outside but we never heard a thing. Hotel staff is very accommodating, Jean Pierre was our bartender and was very informative with places to eat and drink around town. Breakfast was including in which I have to say each day we looked up to that part of the morning as we got handed fruits and breads with different flavors. This is a great hotel in the heart of the town and I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Safety , near to everting and very comfortable

My wife and I spent a week here celebrating our 17th anniversary. From check in to check out we enjoyed every minute. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were delicious and filling. Great massages in our room, soaked in the jacuzzi, enjoyed the rooftop pool. Danna was exceptionally friendly and kind, treating us like family. And makes the absolute best Moscow Mule! We hope to come back soon!!
