Great hotel in Cartagena!!!
Pros:

The location couldn’t have been better! Right near the square where the walking tours meet, and just a short walk to the pier for the daily boat tours to the islands. You really couldn’t fault the location.
The staff were next level and went above and beyond throughout our stay, especially Ronald, who was absolutely excellent!
Breakfast was the best I’ve had in Colombia. It started with a beautiful fresh fruit plate, followed by eggs cooked exactly how you like them, then lovely bread with jams. Such a great way to start the day.
The rooms were a really nice surprise too. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning was the best! The pool area was perfect and, despite being such a lovely space, was never busy.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cartagena. Fantastic location, wonderful staff, great breakfast and everything you need for a really comfortable stay!

Estadía ideal en la Ciudad Amurallada
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno corazón de la Ciudad Amurallada, cerca de los principales atractivos de Cartagena. La habitación es amplia, cómoda y muy limpia. El desayuno es delicioso, con gran variedad y productos frescos. ¡Recomendado para quienes buscan comodidad y buena ubicación!

Una de las cosas más importantes cuando te vas de vacaciones es que puedas dormir, descansar con tranquilidad. Este hotel tiene un ruido de una terraza/discoteca que está muy cerca que te impide dormir en silencio hasta que la discoteca cierra, a eso de las 3am. Además, a primera hora de la mañana, el motor de los tanques de agua se ponen a rugir para rematar la falta de descanso. La verdad es que es un horror.

Think twice about staying in the Centro area
Pros:

The staff is wonderful and coffee delicious.

Cons:

Very heavy perfume smell, from the cleaning products, in the tiny room. Breakfast not very good. The location is good and bad. Good if you want to be kept up until 2:30 in the morning by extremely loud music and bad if you don’t like being hit up, literally every 2 steps, by someone trying to sell you something, once you walk out the door.

Me gusto todo, desde el momento que entras la tranquilidad que se respira, buen gusto, ubicación excelente, limpieza. Destacar la atención de todo el personal del hotel que ha sido maravillosa. Pero tengo que destacar la profesionalidad de Laura, todo en ella ha sido espectacular, cariñosa, servicial, información acertada en la elección de restaurantes, que ver, trato humano y cercano como si te conociera de siempre. No se me va a olvidar mi estancia.
