Hotel Karaya is an excellent hotel to stay while in Rodadero . It’s modern clean located next to shopping center walking distance from beach and just 15 min drive from Santa Marta . Most of all you will feel safe .
The staff is super friendly breakfast are very good . I just find it challenging to communicate as I don’t speak Spanish and not very many people speak English . But at the end of the day we all have Google translate.

El personal es muy amable y te solucionan todo. Excelente desayuno y se puede almorzar y cenar en el hotel.

Excelente servicio desde la llegada. Muy organizado el hotel, limpio y bien cuidadas todas las instalaciones. Las habitaciones bastante cómodas, cerca a la playa y al comercio. Un desayuno bastante rico, variado y el personal que lo sirve amable. Nos dieron información precisa sobre los tours.
Sin duda lo recomiendo!!
La terraza la piscina y la zona de descanso del 1 piso
Que la llave de ducha estaba dañada y no la arreglaron , en el cuarto tenía algunas cucarachas y que el señor que nos recibe en la noche no explicó donde lavarse los pies ni subio a entregar la habitacion no explico como usar el aire ni el televisor asi como caja de seguridad

Hôtel vieillissant qui ne correspond pas aux photos , lorsque nous sommes arrivés accueilli très moyennement, pas de sourires et le réceptionniste a essayé de nous faire payer plus cher que sur booking.

Que estaba cerca del centro comercial, la playa y había farmacias y almacenes cerca.
Creo que el precio es muy elevado para los servicios que ofrecen. La terraza cerrada la mayor parte de la estancia.
Un lugar muy bonito, limpio y con excelente servicio.
La playa más cercana no está tan bonita como esperábamos.

El árbol que tienen en el jardín de planta baja donde se puede desayunar
La terraza no tenía servicio de bar ahí mismo, ni había gente como para disfrutarla
La ubicación es buena, cerca de playa y del centro pero no nos gusto el Rodadero en general por estar demasiado lleno de gente y ruido, la gente es descuidada con la basura.
Desayuno:
Muy rico, todo fresco y variado. Realmente quedé satisfecha con la calidad y presentación, no tengo quejas en este aspecto.
Habitación completa, aseada y con cama súper cómoda y el personal super atento.
Ubicación:
El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca al Rodadero, lo que facilita el acceso a la playa y a las actividades turísticas.
En dos ocasiones escribí al celular de recepción y nunca obtuve respuesta. Fue lo único que no me gustó de la estadía; considero que sería importante mejorar la atención por este canal de comunicación.
