A great property for a short stay.
Pros:

The hotel was nice. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was decent. Nothing fancy. Each morning there were scrambled eggs, and two other items for hot food. The other two items changed daily.

The air-conditioned was good. The room never got "cold" but it was much cooler than the outside and the ac took away the humidity.

The room had a refrigerator, microwave and sink. All worked fine.

Cons:

Our room had a tv but it did not get signal and the streaming apps wouldn't work. The tv had no internet nor direct tv connection.

The shower had weak water pressure and was designed in a way to not have much water flow. There was no "hot" water. The water was not cold, but I wouldnt call it warm either. There was no temperature control.

The room lighting was poor, but we opened the balcony and the daylight more than brightened the room.

Tranquilidad en familia
Pros:

Las habitaciones sin duda alguna muy. Cómodas, buenas camas, tenían neverita para comprar tus bebibas y dejarlas enfriando . Buen aire., no se escucha ruido de ningún tipo. Fui con mis papás y a ellos les encantó llegar de la playa y poder sentir esa tranquilidad, que no se escuchara ruido y poder dormir. Está súper súper bien ubicado . Enfrente tiene un CC para comprar lo que desees . Es fácil conseguir transporte .el desayuno es espectacular ! Súper súper variado todos los días nos tenían una opción distinta y algo súper que no vi en otro hotel es que si de casualidad tienes algun tour o plan que salga muy temprano , si les avisas al hotel con tiempito ellos te preparan el desayuno “viajero” para que te lo puedas llevar. El personal del restaurante un 20 de 10

Cons:

Que no había quien atendiera la terraza. En particular el personal que nos atendió cuando llegamos eran unos jóvenes que no te daban la información completa. Preguntamos por la piscina y primero dijeron que no podíamos usarla que porque estaba ocupada con algo vip y luego que no podíamos usarla por un mantenimiento. Nos dijeron que había terraza bar y efectivamente la había solo les faltó el pequeño detalle que ese día no abrían y que nunca la abrían es decir, está abierta pero no hay nadie quien la atienda . Es un espacio muy bonito que se desaprovecha. A esos jóvenes les falta capacitación

Es un hotel muy bonito, los empleados son muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que necesites. Lo recomiendo 100%. Su atención, amabilidad y disposición con los clientes es excelente!!!

Horrible worst hotel ever / don’t stay here

Cons:

Everything was horrible, place, no lights at arrival, mosquitos in the room, very hot, AC was not working properly, water was dirty and intermediate

They also ripped you off on your face
