El personal del hotel fue muy amable

The place looks nice, but the arrival is terrible — the road has no lighting and is poorly maintained, although the staff is friendly. When I went to rest, I found hair on the bed and a dead cockroach in the bathroom, along with another one crawling on the walls. They moved me to another room that was apparently meant for workers, but it had mold and cobwebs behind the bed, as shown in the photos. They hang bananas in the kitchen to attract birds, but all they bring are flies. The path to the waterfall is terrible — there are absolutely no safety measures. I only stayed two of the three nights I had booked. I preferred to leave that place.

I loved the quiet and beautiful scenery. There is a trail right behind the finca that you can take for a quick hike in the mornings. The place is a bit hidden and the road that leads to it is quite bumpy. Regardless, we managed to drive in and out of the place at any time day/night. It does get really dark late at night and all the lights at this place are off. Overall, this was a nice, relaxing stay.

Great staff, specially in the front desk was Camila, very helpful with all our needs, La Sra. Ofelia in house keeping was always kind and she kept the room very clean, and lastly the chef, always surprised us with the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel

Something needs to be said about the access to this property! The road to this property is absolutely horrible; it is an unpaved road with zero lighting and holes, rocks, and all kinds of bumps. If you are going to stay at this hotel, make sure you arrive during the day, so you can see where and over what are you driving. It is a very unsafe road that could damge your car id you unknowingly driver over a large rock on into a hole. The road has no lighting making it very difficult to see everything in the road in middle of the night.

We had an amazing time in MuchoSur. We were two families with 4 small kids and we all had a blast.
For those like me that wants to disconnect from the world and enjoy nature, this is the place to go.
The service was incredible, we had breakfast and dinner everyday and totally enjoyed the delicious meals, although there isn't a kids menu, the menu is friendly enough for the little ones too.
I 100% recomend this place.
Ps/. There is not tv in the room, I thought it was going to be a problem with the kids but honestly its so much to do and enjoy that it was actually really nice not to have the tv and the kids to get a full weekend off the screen.

The place is very nice, food was good and service also. Good for peace and relaxation No noises at all.

If you want to enjoy tranquility and wonderful views in the coffee region this is the place to go. Wonderful staff !!! Juan, Felipe, Guillermo and Luisa made our stay very enjoyable. They were always ready yo helps us and recommended tours a places to go in the coffee axis. The Finca is super clean and the surroundings are amazing. Don’t forget to visit the beautiful waterfall that is part of the finca and spent time of your trip enjoying the pool and the landscaping. Bring comfortable shoes for the trail to the waterfall.I definitely recommend Michosur- Finca la Holanda
