Hotel Campestre Villa Ocha

Excelente lugar! Muy bonito y amables, desayuno muy rico

Llegamos temprano al Hotel, y no habian cuartos para hacer un Check In temprano, que igual lo cobran.
Esperamos hasta las 2pm que nos dieron nuestra habitacion. La habitacion por la que yo pague $160 dolares por una sola noche, era una habitacion con 4 camas. Nos dieron una habitacion que nadie habia ocupado antes ese dia. El aire acondicionado no estaba prendido y cuando lo prendieron no funciono. La habitacion tenia una sola cama. El baño no estaba para nada comodo.
Y aparte de que habia q esperar a que viniera el tecnico a arreglar el aire acondicionado, la dueña del Hotel decidio martillar toda la tarde, en la pared de nuestro cuarto; es decir no pudimos descanzar antes de ir al concierto al que fuimos a valledupar.
La descripcion del hotel dice que el desayuno es un Buffet. Pero no es asi, el desayuno es lo mismo para todos. Muy delicioso y las frutas frescas.
La señorita que atiende el Check In, fue muy atenta e intento ayudarnos en lo posible. Pero lastimosamente no nos pudimos llevar esa buena impresion del Hotel.
Veo Reviews que dicen que recibes por lo q pagaste, por ese precio y las descripcion del Hotel esperabamos mucho mas.
Creo q si nos hubieran colocado en la habitacion por la que pagamos, nuestra estadia hubiera sido mucho mejor.

Un hotel muy bonito, un espacio para salir del ruido.

This place, is great, but don't expect service from wait staff or bartender, or full restaurant, because the price is great, but don't have extra service, is very quiet, the pool and the big atrium, great to relax, don't have elevators, the rooms are in the 2d and 3d floor and suite at the 4d floor, everyone who work here is fantastic, great customer service provided by Luis Carlos, Yury, well everyone is great, easy to go shopping, grocery, liquor 6 minuts away, restaurant to deliver a lot or you can choice to and eat out you have a lot of choices, negociate the price with the taxi before o get uber, inDrevi is like uber but better cars and service, please don't expect 5 stars service for the price you pay but is wort the money, we love it.

The staff here was very nice. Unfortunately the pool was being repaired and was unavailable. We were scheduled to stay there for 4 days but left after two, because of the pool situation. It is a bit isolated as well, if that is a concern for you.

Las habitaciones del edificio son buenas y modernas pero la de las villas son viejas y los baños muy pésquenos. La atención en recepción buena siempre están pendientes de lo que uno necesita. El espacio de descanso en la piscina es muy pequeño ya que el cerco de seguridad lo dejaron muy pegado y l gente se amontona en espacios muy pequeños fuera de la piscina
