Me gusta mucho el servicio, son muy atentos

Small, convenient, friendly staff. No elevator.. my room was on the third floor. small room with a nice sized window. Bedding was comfortable. has all the amenities for digital nomads, and very reasonably priced for the location. Lots of restaurants and entertainment just a couple of blocks away... also 1 block to the university, and around from a huge shopping center. Will return.

Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed in my stay here. I will start with the positives, wonderful hot shower and a great location. We got the standard room. The pictures show windows to the outside, it seems the majority of the rooms only have windows to the interior hallway, so to have your window open you lose all privacy, and no ac. Maybe you need to actually call them to arrange a room with an outside window .If you can’t open the window you should at least have air. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable, I added a picture so you can see the springs all those wavy lines are springs . Also as VIP hotels.com member you receive a”spa service” that was their sauna that I thought might redeem them. Nope pretty much a cool steam room with extremely hot water bubbling out of the corner that my partner burned his feet on. The staff was extremely friendly but unless you are just trying to hang out in the common areas I would stay somewhere eles. For our night two we found a place a few blocks away with a kitchenette in the unit, AC and a window to the out side. I normally only share my good experiences but I was truly miserable there and it is because I read good reviews after good reviews. If I knew it was a hallway window situation I would not have booked it.

My first time in Medellin, i didn't really know what I was picking, but Casa Santafe was very close to a great jiu jitsu academy, so i chose it. I honestly would much rather stay in Laureles than El Poblado. This isnt fancy, but it everything I could have wanted. Great staff, a cafe for breakfst . Walking distance to cafes, dining and night life

La ubicacion, las instalaciones del hotel y el personal son excelentes, pero al ingresar a la habitacion todo es negativo: cama incomoda, baño con griferia suelta, baño pequeño e incomodo, utilidades en la habitacion (lavaplatos) fuera de sitio

とにかく、汚い、臭い、ジメジメする。エアコンもないし、タオルは１枚しか用意していない。壁が薄いので人が階段を登る音が丸聞こえです。夜中にはしゃいで上がってくる人もいて最悪でした。今までで1番ストレスのホテルでした。2泊の予定でしたが1泊でチェックアウトして他のホテルを予約しました。だから1泊分損をしました。

Thevbathrooms were so small i had to sit sideways on the comode. Breakfast options consisted of cornflakes or eggs.How it got a 9 orv. Shame on Expedia!9.2 rating and promoted as WONDERFULI'd like to know.

Estadia excelente, pessoal da recepção muito solicito e gentil. Vale muito pelo custo benefício. O único ponto de melhoria é do pessoal do café da manhã. As moças estavam sempre de cara fechada, mas a comida é muito boa.

Todo bien. Comodo para mi necesidades de ser cerca al centro de ferias

Great stay. Staff was super friendly.

The hotel is not too close to tourist attractions, which is actually not so bad because the downtown area can be sketchy. Metro station is not too far away. My main complaint is the room was a bit warm and stuffy (no windows, just a fan). Other than that, staff was friendly, and breakfast was cooked to order, and there was water station on each floor. I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent hotel, staff very helpful, nice breakfast and several shared spaces.

The location is excellent for walking, shopping, entertainment and travel options.
