La ubicación es espectacular, tiene una vista increíble perfecto para desconectarse y descansar. Las señora responsable de atendernos fue muy amable y siempre nos trató de la mejor manera.
Tienen muy descuidado el gimansio, la habitación es muy pequeña para 4 personas.
Hotel Carigua is an amazing place to say. The location is beautiful and the breakfast was so tasty. All the rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff so friendly. Seriously recommend!
The location is a bit hard to reach, but the staff were super friendly about it and offered solutions which matched our needs.

El menú de la carta es restringido, no tenían algunos platos disponibles, y además las opciones son pocas.
El lugar es muy tranquilo y el personal de servicios muy amable.
Si vas a reservar, debes de solicitar que te compartan la ruta de llegada al hotel con anticipación, ya que existen múltiples rutas y los carros pequeños pueden verse afectados.

La ducha estaba sucia, con pelos, no había agua caliente, los huéspedes del piso de arriba tenían una mascota que corrió buena parte de la noche lo cual hizo un poco difícil el descanso

Hotel son bastante agradables y el espacio en general está pensado en generar una muy linda experiencia llena de tranquilidad, conexión con la naturaleza y una vista inigualable.
La cereza del pastel es la atención de Rocio y Natalia. Su amabilidad, siempre prestas a ayudar y asegurándose que estábamos hizo que fue una experiencia increíble.

The road is bad, so the car struggles a lot in order to arrive. But was easy at the end.
