Queriam cobrar um seguro. E como não tinha conhecimento não paguei, primeiro pensei que fosse caução, mas depois disseram que não devolviam, e o pior é que não iam dizer nada, eu é que perguntei o porque de estarem a cobrar mais.
Os quartos e os banheiros são amplos, as camas são muito confortáveis. A localização é relativamente boa, uma vez que em Medellin não dá para fazer nada a pé, pois é una cidade ampla e não é plana.
Hotel simples para ser 4 estrelas e o café da manhã é a lá carte e só começa às 7 da manhã. Os quartos são bem barulhentos (barulho interno). As paredes parecem ser feitas de papel. É um
Hotel com pegada para jovens. Não tem rampa para subir com as malas e não tem quem carregue para você.
Outra coisa, foi o primeiro hotel que eu vi na vida a cobrar um valor de seguro (valor da plataforma Booking.com + seguro). Não voltaria!

Normalmente me fijo mucho en la limpieza, ya que soy exigente en ese sentido, y en Blues encontre un sitio muy acogedor pero sobre todo muy limpio, todas sus instalaciones son limpias, el cual hace que resalte aun mas su diseño, el cual es muy moderno
Es un hotel que esta muy bien situado, y mi habitación fue muy tranquila, su diseño es muy bonito y moderno, el personal es muy atento, el desayuno es muy rico.
