I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was spectacular. Everything made for a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again!
The only disappointing part of my stay was the service at the Canario Rooftop. The waiter was not very friendly, and after finishing my meal, I had to wait almost 40 minutes in an almost empty restaurant just to get another waiter’s attention so I could pay my bill. This was frustrating and did not reflect the otherwise excellent service I experienced at the hotel.

El ruido. Se escucha todo ( personas caminando o hablando,, las puertas se cierran super duro)
Pésima limpieza en habitaciones. Había cabellos en mi cama, el extractor del baño no lo han limpiado en al menos 1 año.
Muy lenta la atención en el desayuno y la mesera hasta se molesta.
La primera noche no pudimos dormir por un grupo de jovenes que corrían por los pasillos y abrían y cerraban puerta y gritaban.

Clean, spacious and in a good location. It is out of the main city but feels safe and has a nice shopping mall right behind it which has restaurants. It’s a nice small hotel and offers a great breakfast, also has a vegan option which is really nice! A great spot for a few nights in Medellin!
There was no phone in the room to call reception, so if you needed anything, you have to go all the way down for any requests.
