Me encantó el servicio del personal del hotel y de los restaurantes, la calidad de la comida tanto en la mañana y en la noche es deliciosa definitivamente me encantó.
De repente pueden mejorar un poco mas en calidad de limpieza diaria de las habitaciones.. por que realmente son muy excelente y podrian mejorar en esos detalles..

La atención y servicio del personal es muy básica. El check in tardó 3 horas.
Lo unico medio bueno es la ubicación del hotel, cerca del centro comercial El Tesoro y en una zona conveniente de El Poblado.
La atención del personal fue poco amable y no ofrecieron soluciones ante los problemas con la reserva. La habitación inicial tenía un fuerte olor a humedad y cañería, las instalaciones están deterioradas y el sofá cama era muy incómodo. Éramos cuatro personas y el servicio de aseo fue deficiente, con pocas toallas y papel higiénico limitado. Además, el desayuno tiene tiempos de espera excesivos. La relación calidad-precio no corresponde a lo ofrecido. No volvería ni mucho menos lo recomendaría
Nos encantó, está muy bien situado, cerca de la zona de ambiente del poblado a unos 20 min caminando. El desayuno es a la carta y nos gustó mucho, con mucha variedad. También el restaurante de la azotea el Cannario tiene muy buenas vistas y se come muy bien. El personal muy amable y la habitación cuenta con todo.
