Ambiente refinado e sofisticado num bairro excelente.
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado. Quartos amplos e refinados, com todas as comodidades. Vista linda da cidade. E no 5 andar tem um restaurante muito bonito e com uma vista ótima de Medellin.

Pros:

Todo nos encantó! El desayuno muy variado y la atención buenísima!! Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca al CC El Tesoro. Si lo recomiendo.

Room was clean.

Cons:

Hotel charged me twice due to their credit card machine malfunctioning. It’s been almost a month and still no refund yet. This is bad service.

The breakfast menu is very limited.

They might just cancel your booking on your arrival day
Cons:

I landed in Medellin at 9pm for a long awaited vacation. I open my phone and I get a whatsapp message from the hotel, that they are overbooked and will not give me my room. They proposed I book a bad three star hotel in a completely different location instead and canceled my reservation just like that. They provided no further help. I was left stranded on the street at midnight in Medellin. Disgraceful behaviour and a joke of a hotel.
