La verdad, súper cómodo y buena ubicación. El muchacho de la recepción un tipazo!

Comfy and well presented hotel, nice rooftop area.

El hotel se encuentra muy cerca a una zona de música y bares, y no tiene vidrios a prueba de ruido, entonces es insoportable, y muy dificil dormir. Habíamos agendado 2 noches, pero la segunda tuvimos que irnos para otra parte.

They're head been improvements since I have them the one of lowest ratings in Expedia.

The construction next door still exists, but it's not at loud. There's laundry onsite less than local places. Wifi is strong and all routers have same name a password so no drop offs. Close to restaurants, transportation and shopping.

However there is a major issue where housekeeping staff blast loud music while cleaning outside your door.

This is not good if you're working remotely or studying. Recommend the facility have staff use headphones. Improved, but still had room to be better and amongst the others in the area.

First of all, the hotel address was wrong with the one published on Google map and Expedia. Terrible attention. The internet didn't work, the air conditioning didn't work. They only put a single towel in your room. The small and uncomfortable beds. All the noise from the street can be heard inside the rooms. In conclusion; NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

Primeramente la dirección del hotel estaba errada con la publicada en Google map y Expedia. Terrible la atención. El internet no funcionaba el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Solo te ponen una sola toalla en el cuarto. Las camas pequeñas e incómodas. Todo el ruido de la calle se oye dentro de las habitaciones. En conclusión; JAMÁS TE QUEDES EN ESTE HOTEL.

Si no hubiera sido por Jose el servicio estaría horrible, les falta mucho al hotel para dar un servicio bueno, las camas rechinan mucho, cuando llegamos no había jabón ni nada, el señor no recuerdo su nombre fue el único que se preocupó por dar una solución (José no estaba)

Nice place very quiet no one bothers there is always someone there to help you and downstairs in the main lobby they open up the doors and it’s awesome to just there and smoke a cigar or drink some coffee

Got into Medellin at 3:00 in the morning and could not find the address for the friends I was staying with taxi was starting to cost too much driving around so I hopped on hotels.com and found this wonderful place very inexpensive problem is they didn't have anybody at the desk all night so I sat on the stoop outside for about 2 hours before the maintenance guy opened up at the crack of dawn he saw my reservation got me into a room they adjusted the price up slightly but I got a day and a half in that hotel that I needed more than anything and rested easily it was very peaceful and well located to conveniences

I liked the facilities, the style it has, I like that it has everything close by, restaurants, bars and more but it does not have staff for attention during the day, no one is attentive to the guest...they could improve if the attention was more personalized.

No habia empleado para entregar tarjetas de entrada a las 9pm. Llegando del estrangero, no tenia como comunicarme sino con el phone de una persona en la calle. Cuando finalmente me entregaron las tarjetas, la cama no se abria y la empleada ya se habia ido. Otra llamada para rectificar el numero del studio.
El hotel es rodeado de discotecas, musica muy, muy fuerte gran parte de la noche. Me pregunto como eso puede ser legal...

El hotel tiene espacios interesantes y está muy bien ubicado en el tradicional barrio de Laureles.
