The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. The rooftop pool and bar were amazing with great views and a relaxing vibe. The co-working spaces were top-notch and perfect for getting things done in between exploring the city.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

No microwave or refrigerator. Club across the street played music extremely loud. Always loud noises that echo in the building.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff the best i have encountered in any of my trips to any other country, caring,helpful, friendly. The rooms were spot on and they have so many things to do within the hotel, it was really a very positive wonderful stay. Will deff recommend.

Loved the art painted on the walls and the beautiful nature decor.

The staff was so helpful and pleasant at the desk. All the kitchen staff conscientious prepared food with love. Top notch art around the property feeling at one with nature! Love the length of the pool for doing laps and rooftop view. So nice a stay I will repeat 2 more days in a week.

The hotel is located in a convenient area but the room walls had drip marks or stains from water or dried liquor.

This place was Amazing! It is fun and clean and we had the hot tub room we used it everyday for a week. There was pool parties and Djs. It was Fantastic and Fun!!!

I love my time in this hotel

Beautiful hotel. Lots of cool things to do and see in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was absolutely amazing and the rooftop pool and gym was very nice. Very cool atmosphere throughout the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing that would have been nice is a fridge in the room but other than that it was a very nice place to stay for 3 nights.

This was my second time staying at this property. Unfortunately, the level of service has decreased immensely. The staff were not as helpful as before, and definitely not as knowledgeable about the services they provides I kept having to follow up with them to get answers in regarding the services that I scheduled.They were unable to provide complete information as to activities and information as to the airport to hotel pick up. I did not have these issues the first time I visited, which is the reason I returned. Also had issues with the laundry service, I information that I wanted to use the service and they told me I needed to contact the laundry service myself! This is not how it was on my first visit, thankfully I still had the laundry information and I just went ahead and reached out to them so I could get my laundry completed. This I thought was unacceptable. Two days of my visit I had to call to have my room cleaned, at 4 PM it was still not cleaned and all the other rooms on my floor cleaned, except for mine. When the cleaning lady arrived she obviously had an attitude. I spoke such great things about this facility and recommended it several times to my friends after my previous visit. Now after this second visit, I am not sure that I will return. I actually relocated to another hotel for the next 10 days of my day and so far, I have not had any issues at this location.

My husband and I loved, went there for his bday
The only plbms was only 1 elevator but we were on M (the “2nd” floor so we just took the stairs)
Also because we we M our room was right by the lobby a little noisy. Its closer to the mall, all the local restaurants. 10-13 mns away from Comuna 13.
Breakfast was really good
Would recommend 👌
