Several areas of the hotel are in need of maintenance, as they appear neglected and in poor condition.

Upon arrival, there was no staff member at the reception desk to assist with check-in. We had to wait 10 minutes before someone finally arrived.

Pros:

Un lugar increíble para descansar, rodeado de naturaleza vista al lago. Ubicación perfecta se llega muy fácil desde el Peñol y guatape. El personal muy amable y la comida 10/10. Si tienen la oportunidad de ir no la desaprovechen !!!
