The room overall was great. The bathroom and towels are nice and the area is safe. The first staff member I had was great and had customer service. The next two, one female staff member laughed at me. The next, gave me a different type of experience when I tried to check my visitor/ guest in. He then informed me it would an additional amount I’d have to pay per guest I had. Therefore, I only stayed one night and didn’t return.

Pros:

The hotel was quaint but my room was tiny and the bathroom was small. The noise in the lobby in the early morning was annoying but the hotel staff were friendly.

Honestamente fue una estancia un poco complicada, jamás tuvimos un mal trato por parte del personal, solo que al encontrarse en un segundo piso para las personas de la tercera edad es sumamente difícil y complicado, iba con mis dos padres 70+ y subir y bajar fue un verdadero reto. En cuanto a ubicación excelente, servicios excelentes, personal excelente, inmueble excelente solo el problema de las escaleras para personas de la tercera edad o discapacidad, gracias por todo fueron muy muy amables.
