Fue una incomodidad en todo momento. Por la atención en la llegada

Cons:

No puede ser que al hacer la reserva y especificar las condiciones, no digan nada. En la mañana antes de llegar me contactan para confirmar la reserva y al llegar me dicen que la habitación solicitada no está, que me deben colocar en otra habitación, que el precio cambia y me envían a otro lugar con otras características. es una falta de respeto cuando uno llega tarde y cansado que le salgan con eso.
