solicité la factura al la persona de recepción la cual se molestó mucho por mi solicitud y me dijo que el sistema estaba caído que después sería enviada al insistir se comportó de manera grosera diciendo que no podía hacer nada que no había internet y cuando vio que no me retiré procedió a facturar de mala manera tomándose un tiempo cercano a las 40 min! no volveré

It was easy to catch a taxi because they gathered at a hospital across the street. Liked the location and was very clean

The night staff are not friendly, attentive, or professional.

The area is lovely, its design is very nice inside the hotel..

Cons:

Because of you, your app told me that transportation was free, and when I called the hotel, they told me that transportation wasn't included in the reservation and that I had to complain to you, so I had to pay... that's not right.
