Everything was great at this hotel they provided the best service and the staff was incredibly friendly. Only issue I had is that I found worms in the bathroom and some insects, I quickly flushed them down the toilet but the the sight was just awful. Their restaurant and bar was exceptional as well. I would stay again at this hotel.

good stay overall, but some aspects need improvement
The hotel is nice overall, but the rooms are quite small and the amenities are very limited. I booked the room with a jacuzzi expecting something more luxurious, but it was underwhelming—no view and no additional furniture besides the tub.
On a positive note, Alvaro at the front desk was exceptional. He was kind, attentive, and went out of his way to assist us throughout our stay. The rest of the staff could benefit from following his example.
The breakfast was a letdown—the included options were extremely limited and didn’t match the expectations for this type of hotel.

Our stay was beyond FANTASTIC!
Brian, Valeria, Camilo, Maiker & Maria Alejandra make this place what it is: WONDERFUL.
Thank you, guys for being warm, accommodating, fun and sweet. Your costumer service skills are top notch. This place is a 1000/5.

The area is safe. Close to tons of restaurants and also a short drive to Provenza, Santa Fe Mall and a metro stop. The rooftop Palma Pitón is as beautiful decorated as the whole hotel. Breakfast was included and you can taste the freshness. The have a special of the day, but everyday they offer eggs you way, your choice of arepa or bread and coffee and fresh made juice.

Thank you for everything. We will come back here a thousand times!!!!!
