Hotel zlokalizowany w najbezpieczniejszej dzielnicy Medellin. Wokół dużo restauracji, barów i sklepów, oraz pralnia. W pokoju było czysto. Obiekt spełnił nasze wymagania. Bardzo dobre śniadania i świetna obsługa personelu.

La ubicación es ideal y el personal es un amor, nos trataron con cariño en todo momento.

Los desayunos muy ricos, muy recomendada la omelette, un 10.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado gotea, al menos el que nos tocó a nosotros.

El ruido… es una consecuencia de la ubicación pero se enfatiza más porque las ventanas tienes como unos respiraderos que no cierran y hacen que entre más ruido. Así mismo pudimos descansar todas las noches bien.

We didn’t enjoy the tour the hotel recommended. The guide was very rude and I didn’t even get to sit with my partner for the entire partner. People had taken over several seats with bags and we asked if we could sit together but the guide never helped us do that - we were the last to be picked up for the tour. This was super disappointing as I needed my partners help to translate and I felt I missed a lot because of this

Buena alternativa pero revisar plan y compañia!
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, caminable a sitios de interés, el personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a colaborar, el desayuno está rico aunque podría ser un poco mas variado, las instalaciones del primer piso que cuentan como zona común tambien son muy agradables.

La habitación es extremadamente pequeña, los baños igualmente, adicional las paredes de los baños son en vidrio, lo que da un ambiente particular sin contar que es incomodo si uno viaja con amigos y no con pareja. la ventana de la habitación es diminuta, los enchufes quedan lejos de donde podrían ser utiles para conectar el telefono o algo adicional. las habitaciones tampoco son muy iluminadas.
