Great location and breakfast. Little space to move around the room
Pros:

The location. The freshly made breakfast which takes time to prepare. The staff.

Cons:

We did not get an upgraded room as per the booking.com reservation
The fact that we were there during the earthquake on the 10 of August and their emergency exits were full of bags, packs of towels, boxes and a ladder.. all blocking the stairs needed to run before the building could have collapsed. The toilet, the basing and shower are not private at all and your partner can see your underwear, hear your farts and watch you every time you wash or brush your teeth.. room was not spacious at all... even though we were meant to have a free upgrade

Pros:

The staff was kind, but they never fixed the security box, the TV did not work with cable o national stations, the fridge was intricate decoration of the room was horrible.

A dark tiny room, without view the picture is a bait for.the customer.

Nice area, close to several good restaurants

Cons:

The room is tiny, no windows, no night light, and the bathroom is completely enclosed in glass. So if you are showering and someone is using the toilet, you can see each other. Weird

ATENCION:HAY HABITACIONES SIN VENTANAS DE DIMENSIONES MINIMAS, algo que no avisan.
En mi caso ibamos un grupo familiar con reserva de mas de 10 habitaciones. Al ver la habitacion sin ventana y espacio que me dieron para mi marido e hijo les explique que no cabiamos en ella, y me enseñaron otra mas grande para que entraramos. Mi sorpresa fue que al llegar por la noche querian aplicarme un cargo extra sin previo aviso por la mañana... otra falta de informacion mas.
Y finalmente... no nos avisaron de que si no pones en la puerta el cartel que tienes dentro de la habitacion no te cambiaran las toallas ni haran la cama.
En nuestro caso nos quedamos sin hacer la habitacion casi todos.... en definitiva . Un absoluto desastre y muy lejos de ser un hotel 4 estellas.
No suelo escribir nunca salvo para poner cosas buenas y pero en todo lo que he viajado jamas me he encontrado algo asi. Ya les informe alli que iba a escribir una reseña desfavorable, para que al menos , evite a mas gente que le pase como a mi. Hay mucha alternativa de hospedaje cercana y similar en precio, por lo que no merece especialmente la pena hospedarse aqui. No creo que les vaya muy bien si siguen asi.

Staff make this hotel the best to stay at in Poblado
Pros:

Its location to restaurants, bars and Provenza is spot on within a few minutes walk.

Cons:

The balcony was just half a wall outside the sliding doors.

Ottimo hotel
Pros:

Hotel ben tenuto, staff molto gentile e posizione ottima!
Camera della giusta dimensione, solo un po’ poco insonorizzata, di notte (sopratutto il sabato) c’era molto rumore fino a tarda notte.
Il bagno è in camera senza separazione ma c’è una buona areazione.

Buona sistemazione per pochi giorni nel Poblado
Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione, al centro del poblado ma in una zona tranquilla e sicura, comoda anche per girare il resto della città. Staff gentile e cordiale.

Cons:

No privacy del bagno, che non era una "stanza" separata ma aperta nel resto della stanza. Pareti delle stanze molto sottili, che in alcuni casi hanno fatto sentire rumori provenienti dalle stanze accanto. Colazione buona ma sempre uguale, quindi stando più giorni puó diventare ripetitiva.

Excelente alojamiento y desayuno en Medellín
Pros:

El hotel es bonito, calidad precio y el lobby muy agradable y lo mejor de todo el excepcional personal, especial agradecimiento a Cindy y su compañera. Desayuno muy rico también.
