En las fotos aparecen un montón de habitaciones super bonitas y amplias, con bastantes comodidades, pero al llegar nos dieron una habitación super pequeña, no tenía mesa de noche ni lámparas, me lastimé varias veces saliendo del baño con el televisor de lo estrecho que era todo, y aunque sé que no estoy pagando el precio de un hotel 5 estrellas, si me pareció que el valor era alto para lo incómodo que fue.

La llave del baño estaba dañada, el ventilador sonaba demasiado duro y el personal fue grosero por que no se habia realizado el pago cuando el mismo dia de la reserva se informo que se pagaba un dia despues, la persona que llamo fue muy grosera y tiro el telefono.

La habitación era pequeña, y no tenía ventana por lo que no existía buena ventilación . No había separación entre el baño y la cama.
No tenia aire acondicionado solo un ventilador que además hacía mucho ruido.
