Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en lekker!
Bij het uitchecken bleek dat we teveel betaald hadden. Directe terugbetaling bleek niet mogelijk. Inmiddels zijn we - ondanks meerdere pogingen tot contact vanuit ons én een toezegging voor compensatie vijf weken geleden - al bijna twee maanden om ons geld terug te krijgen.
Het inchecken verliep ook moeizaam. Het kostte veel tijd en daarnaast werkte de pas voor onze kamer de eerste uren niet, waardoor er steeds een medewerker mee naar boven moest om de kamer in te kunnen.

Excelente hotel! Ótima localização na Zona G de Bogotá. As instalações são excelentes, boa cama e ótimo chuveiro. O café da manhã é bem variado. A equipe foi muito amável.

This is an exceptional hotel and I would never stay anywhere else in Bogotá. My room was bright, with incredible views, a nice functional kitchenette, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast selection is probably the best I've ever had at a hotel — a wide range of options from Colombian to American style, most very healthy, including fresh green juice, fruit, non-dairy, and eggs to order. The location is outstanding, prefectly safe and right in the heart of one of Bogotá's trendiest neighborhoods, filled with great restaurants and cafes. And everyone on staff is super friendly. I ended up extending my stay, and will stay here on my return.
It would be nice if they had onsite self-serve laundry and a gym, but they do provide laundry service and there is a laundromat a 5-min walk away. There are also several fitness facilities within a few blocks, icluding a 5-story gym that offers day passes for $16.

Pluma del lavabo sale a chorro sin ser progresivo. Agua caliente tarda en salir, teniendo que desperdiciar mucha agua.

La reserva dice que cuenta con parqueadero, sin embargo es gestionado por un tercero. El cual está sujeto a disponibilidad. Al comienzo todo parecía indicar que no se contaba con el parqueadero gratis y tocaba pagar con un 10% de descuento, todo al momento del check in. Luego de dejar esa noche el carro, pues no había más opciones. Al día siguiente me informaron que si se logró la gestión y no se iba a realizar dicho cobro.
