Cons:

The room was not functional due to lack of heating. From the first night, the room was very cold and the heating system did not work at all — it only blew cold air even when set to maximum temperature.

We immediately reported the issue to reception. They stated they had no alternative room available and offered a small portable heater, which was completely insufficient to warm the room. No technician was sent, which strongly suggests the hotel was already aware of this issue.

We stayed several nights in an unheated room despite paying the full price. This is not a comfort issue but a basic accommodation failure.

I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you expect the room to meet basic standards advertised on Booking. And don’t expect Booking to do anything about it also.

L'emplacement, le personnel sympathique, le petit déjeuner, la propreté.

Cons:

Le bruit, entre les portes qui claquent et nous réveillent, la ventilation de la salle de bain et le mini bar. Aussi, pas d'eau à discrétion pour un 4 étoiles c'est un peu limite.

Buena atención del personal, respondieron a todas nuestras inquietudes. Aunque no esta muy cerca del centro de la ciudad sí está en una zona en la que caminando puedes acceder al transporte publico y en la que se percibe seguridad.
Desayuno variado. Cama confortable y habitación espaciosa.

Cons:

El aire acondicinado es central por lo que no puedes controlar la temperatura y en ocasiones se siente algo de calor. Eramos dos personas y solo ponían una botellita de agua al día, solo una toalla de manos y solo una llave de acceso a la habitación.
