Détente
Pros:

Bel hôtel au charme élégant, le cadre est magnifique.
Le staff est professionnel et souriant, les petits déjeuners et dîners sont très bons.
Nous avions une très belle chambre avec un grand balcon. Le matin, de celui-ci, nous pouvions voir le ballet des oiseaux dans les bananiers, y compris des perroquets à tête bleue.
A noter, superbe tour du café organisé à partir de l'hôtel, nous avons pris la visite de 3 heures.

Cons:

Seul problème de notre chambre, elle était accolée à la réception, donc un peu bruyante en fonction du staff présent (la nuit tombée ou de bon matin).
Et aussi, ce serait bien d'ajouter une safety box.

Pros:

Très belle découverte. L’hôtel bénéficie d’un cadre naturel magnifique, particulièrement agréable et reposant. L’établissement est remarquablement entretenu.

La chambre était très propre et la literie particulièrement confortable.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la qualité de l’accueil et la bienveillance du personnel, toujours attentif à notre confort. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement.

Hôtel et restaurant exceptionnels
Pros:

C’est une excellente surprise que cet hôtel. Il est situé à l'écart de la ville et possède une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, il y en a même une vitrée avec vue exceptionnelle (plus chère mais vaut vraiment le coup. On a pu la visiter...). Le restaurant est une des meilleures tables depuis le début de notre voyage, avec des prix très raisonnables. Le personnel, nombreux, est fort sympathique et avenant. Le meilleur hôtel de notre voyage.

Cons:

La seule chose qui nous a manqué est la possibilité de faire quelques promenades depuis L’hôtel.

Pros:

The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s also very clean and the location is astonishing. The breakfast was also very good!

Cons:

The hotel is pretty far from any restaurant. So if you want to go out you have to book a taxi which can take a while because there aren’t that many taxi services around. We also booked the spa which wasn’t really good so I would not recommend it. It was all a little bit rushed and they wear gloves, which I had never experienced before. They also don’t speak any english.

Heerlijk verblijf
Pros:

Schitterende omgeving, lekker zwembad en hotelkamer. Ook heerlijk ontbijt. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Echt drie dagen genoten op deze locatie.

Cons:

De kamer was schoon maar wij hadden tot twee keer toe kakkerlakken en torretjes in onze kamer. Personeel hielp meteen. Reden was volgens ons grote kier onder de deur en bij de douche. Personeelslid heeft zelfs de kier onder de deur afgeplakt voor de nacht.

Excelente atención, el lugar muy bien equipado, la habitación tiene una privacidad y vista excelente.

Cons:

Dado que es una hacienda cafetera, el café de cortesía puede ser mucho mejor, y con una molienda apropiada para la cafetera francesa.

Impresionante
Pros:

Es una experiencia para vivirla una vez en la vida. Elegimos el bungalow luxury y no hay palabras para describirlo. Estaba montado al detalle. Un lujo ver el atardecer desde el jacuzzi o despertarse con el sonido de los pájaros desde la malla. Unas vistas a los cafetales increíbles. Que te traigan la cena o el desayuno y te lo monten todo para que puedas disfrutar de esas vistas es lo más.
Muy curiosa la forma en que te llevan las maletas al bungalow 😍
La comida estaba deliciosa.
Excelente el tour del café, muy completo y hecho para nosotros solos.
La hacienda es hermosa, los murales, la zona de la piscina, qué colores más intensos ❤️. Está todo súper cuidado.
Enhorabuena a todo el equipo por su excelente atención. Mención especial a Jorge que estuvo muy pendiente de todas nuestras necesidades.
Tras hacer el check out nos permitieron darnos una ducha más tarde en una de sus habitaciones. Se agradece el detalle.
No dudaría en volver a alojarme allí si volviera por el eje cafetero.
Fue un verdadero placer.

Pros:

The Hotel is very well kept, the views around it are truly stunning. We didn't get to see the glamping, but I assume it's very nice. The restaurant is very good, although a bit more variety would be appreciated. Pool and warm Jacuzzi in perfect state. Didn't do any of the additional activitie so can't comment on those. Would stay there again

Cons:

Better access information would have been appreciated. The hotel can be reached via two different roads from the Manizales-Chinchina Road. Travelers coming from Manizales (north to south) can simply follow their GPS without issue. However, those approaching from Chinchina (south to north) should avoid the first GPS-suggested exit, as it leads to an extremely narrow and difficult road. We had serious concerns about what would happen if we encountered oncoming traffic while ascending. Upon arrival, staff confirmed this route isn't recommended, but we had received no advance warning about this

Lovely location, staff very kind .
Pros:

A very nice and charming staying. Staff were very kind , place so clean , food very good with healthy options too.

Cons:

The mattress was short for my husband who is 1.80 centimetres (6 1”). His feet was out the mattress.

Bellísimo hotel en las montañas de Manizales
Pros:

El hotel es super lindo y cómodo, la vista a los cafetales y el atardecer son insuperables. Las habitaciones son bonitas, camas muy cómodas. Yo me quedé en habitación de hotel pero vi que el glamping es de otro nivel, espectacular. Recomiendo mucho el lugar porque es tranquilo, limpio y estuve en la fiesta de fin de año que estuvo muy buena. La atención del personal es sobre saliente, me ayudaron con todas mis peticiones y tuvieron detalles muy bonitos conmigo y mi familia.

Cons:

Puede mejorar el desayuno, ya que todos los días cansa que sea lo mismo. Pero está muy bien servido, con varios alimentos y pues es inmejorable el cafe!
Y también puede mejorar que la piscina sea climatizada ;)

Einfach alles Super. Wir waren im Glamping Lux und die Aussicht war einfach traumhaft!

Das Dach war an zwei Stellen undicht, aber zum Glück am Rand.
