Pros:

Die Lage der Finca ist fantastisch – von Zimmer und Gelände aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick über die Kaffeeplantagen und Berge.

Die Zimmer sind modern und gepflegt.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns Juan mit seinem enormen Kaffee-Wissen.

Die dreistündige Führung mit Verkostung war ein absolutes Highlight – sehr informativ und mit viel Leidenschaft.

Anreise von Manizales per Uber war einfach und günstig.

Die Massage war gut, das Essen hochwertig, wenn auch kein Sterne-Niveau.

Die Abreise ist schwieriger, da vor Ort kaum Uber oder Taxis verfügbar sind.

Die Kommunikation an der Rezeption läuft nur auf Spanisch (Übersetzer-App nötig).

Trinkwasser in der Minibar wird nur einmal kostenlos nachgefüllt.

Das Frühstück ist okay, aber dem Preis nicht angemessen.

Das Personal wirkt größtenteils eher zurückhaltend und gelangweilt – außer Juan und einem netten älteren Herrn im Service.

Fazit:
Trotz kleiner Schwächen bei Service und Logistik lohnt sich der Aufenthalt vor allem wegen der grandiosen Aussicht und dem tollen Kaffee-Erlebnis.

Wer eine ruhige Finca sucht, ist hier richtig.

Der Aufenthalt war nicht zufriedenstellend und ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechende von der Architektur. Die Natur drumherum ist wunderschön. Freundliches Service Personal.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen um liegt in einem Tal. Ein Taxi ist sehr schwierig zu bekommen.. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Die Standardzimmer sind nicht zu empfehlen. Der Zimmerservice war sehr unachtsam. Es wurde einfach nur die Decke über das Bett gelegt. Auch wurden keine frischen Handtücher gebracht.

Pros:

L'endroit est magnifique avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes et les plants de café. La chambre avec jaccuzi sur la terrasse est super spacieuse et confortable. Le petit déjeuner et les repas sont excellents. A ne surtout pas manquer : le tour du café de 3h au milieu de la plantation de café, suivi d'un repas typiquement colombien le fiambre et pour couronner le tout une superbe dégustation de rhums.

Excelente sitio para hacer una parada en una jornada de viaje por carretera.

Excelente ubicacion. Fuera, pero no lejos de la ciudad (Manizales). Bello paisaje de montaña cafetera. Instalaciones muy bonitas. Habitacion amplia y comoda. La actitud y amabilidad del personal excepcional.

Cet hôtel est superbe, la literie est confortable, tout est arrangé avec beaucoup de goût. La vue est magnifique, le personnel est adorable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, et le restaurant également. Je recommande vivement. L’hôtel se trouve à 6 kms de Manizales, il est facilement accessible en taxi, et il y a même des bus (bus rouges Unitrans) qui vous déposent à environ 200 mètres de l’hôtel.
