NADA, muestran fotos de un lugar y las habitaciones son en otras instalaciones, la cama sucia , horrible
Habitaciones sucias, no son donde se muestran , no nos dieron el desayuno y supuestamente lo incluye
Las zonas comunes. La cama cómoda, está muy bien ubicado.
Se supone que es un hotel, no pasaron haciendo aseo a la habitación cuando utilizamos la bañera de la habitación no sabemos cómo ni por qué se regó el agua.

La habitación estaba llena de humedad en todas las paredes y un olor fuerte a humedad

Easy access
The ac did not work in two of the rooms. One room flooded from the rain leaking from the roof. The third room had bags of cements inside and was not finished. The other room had grease on the jacuzzi and the water was not emptied out before moving us in.
The location is top. You're minutes away from both the Poblado area and the Provenza area. Loads of tours begin from a nearby church. Good stuff.
Our room had a non-working Jacuzzi in it, which functionally worked as a dirty, dusty, useless pond.
The room was clean, but dusty. No windows available.
The door and the walls were paper-thin, making the stay a horrible experience due to the insane levels of noise produced by other guests at night, the workers in the "patio/kitchen" in the morning, and the (far away) passing cars.
The hotel doesn't have a proper door, it's a long corridor going from the street where cars are passing to the patio at the other end. It's a NOISY place.
The "kitchen" area where the staff prepared the breakfast was, to be honest, awful. Open air, not closed, not clean.
The tables and chairs, while also being insufficient when it comes to their number, were constantly dirty - they stained some of our clothes.

La señora de la cafetería una grosera igualada con un mal comportamiento aparte de desayuno dio unos sandwiches bn quemados pero la verdad lastima q ese personal dañe la impresión de ese bonito hotel
La ubicación, el personal, la comida
Hay habitaciones saliendo del hotel y aveces da sensación de poca seguridad.
Buen hotel, muy amable su personal, atento todo el tiempo, con respecto a la ubicación puedo decir que queda cerca a muchos lugares, como bares, panaderías, restaurantes y lo mejor en la parte de atrás está Provenza, la zona rosa del parque Lleras, feria de artesanías cerca, hay varios parqueaderos disponibles cerca al hotel. Tiene camas muy cómodas, la almohadas también. El desayuno es bueno.
A manera recomendación, me gustaría que el desayuno tuviera la opción de tener frutas, y en las habitaciones un lugar para colgar la ropa, un clóset o algunas repisas.

Atención del personal, habitaciones con humedad en paredes , A/C con fuga de agua por la pared, habitaciónes en construcción sin terminar y aun así las ofrecen , habitaciones muy cerradas e incómodas.

La segunda parte que están arreglando no llega la señal de Wifi, el desayuno la persona que lo alista utiliza el celular a la hora de la preparación se distrae y no servía el café o lo que fueran a tomar, implementar más esa parte
