Pros:

Habitaciones sucias, mal servicio de restaurante, personal no calificado para el restaurante. Es algo se vende solo en fotos. Alto precio para tan mal servicio en general.

Pros:

Excelente lugar para descansar, las habitaciones son hermosas y muy amplias. El desayuno es delicioso y las comidas son generosas en las porciones.
Tienen un personal de servicio muy atento y dispuesto siempre a atender tus antojos.
Gran lugar, 100% recomendado.

No me pareció la limpieza de la habitación en general encontré cabellos por toda la cada el servio sanitario sucio y el balcón muy sucio. Además no me parece q me cobrarán el I.v.a por aparte debe incluirse en la tarifa de la app.

Costoso para una habitación sin aire y murciélago incluído. El ruido de la via no permite descansar a gusto. Las piscinas pequeñisimas para la cantidad de huéspedes. Toca tomar turnos. El desayuno muy regular. El personal sin orientación al cliente. Pensamos sería una experiencia diferente por la tarifa. Hay suficientes mejores opciones de hotel y Airbnb en la zona. No volveremos.

Pésimo servicio, tiempos excesivos de respuesta del restaurante, mala comunicación interna. La tarifa de alojamiento es EXCESIVAMENTE ALTA para la experiencia.

Pros:

Excelente atención, fuimos un fin de semana de temporada baja y fue perfecto. El hotel tiene mucha zona verde y es bastante cómodo, un plus genial es que es pet friendly. Mi esposo y mis peludos disfrutamos de un fin de semana de desconexión. Algunas entradas del menú sin embargo no tienen bbuena relación precio / cantidad, creo que podrían mejorar esta parte. Por todo lo demás lo recomiendo
