Tranquila, agradable y con un buen descanso

Tanto el desayuno como la ubicación son muy buenos. Teníamos el hotel casi a nuestra disposición. No había comenzado la temporada. La piscina es excelente, su entorno por naturaleza y la tranquilidad del sitio son especiales. La limpieza de todo el complejo es alta. El personal muy atento y el servicio fue muy oportuno y de calidad. Destaco el servicio de Cristian encargado de la administración por su compromiso, actitud y deseo de servir. La música en la piscina tranquila , pero alegre y a volumen adecuado.

Cons:

Creo que el administrador podría tener más apoyo, pues el área es amplia y lo vi teniendo que moverse mucho para responder oportunamente a las solicitudes y requerimientos. El café podría mejorarse.

Un muy buen lugar entre Medellín y Bogotá !
Pros:

La finca es linda. La piscina es grande y la vista es muy bonita. Nos hemos hospedado en las habitaciones y son cómodas, también en la suite y es muy muy buena ! El desayuno está ok. Creo que para quedarse con niños o en pareja está muy bien. Todos son muy amables.

Cons:

La carta de comida es limitada. Podrían ofrecer comida típica colombiana pero mejor ejecutada.

Pros:

El hotel y los dos chicos de atención al cliente. El desayuno delicioso y muy cómodo el restaurante. El joven de recepción nos ayudó muy amablemente en solucionar un inconveniente con la reserva. La primer habitación tenía un poco de olor a cañería y sin problemas nos cambiaron a otra habitación. La piscina es amplia y el hotel bonito.

Cons:

Queda un poco lejos, aunque para una noche estuvo perfecto. El baño no tiene aislamiento en el techo de la habitación.

Pros:

El concepto rural y el entorno de campo

Cons:

1- La vía de acceso estrecha y muy empinada
2- El costo alto de los platos sumado a la restricción de ingresar bebidas y alimentos con la dificultad de acceder a otra opción, dejan la sensación de que sacan provecho de esta situación.
3- No había un servicio de televisión por cable solo canales nacionales
4- Compartieron la clave del Wifi escribiéndomela directamente en el celular me toco preguntarla para compartirla con mis familiares y luego la cambiaron aparte era deficiente.
5- El colchón demasiado blando, no dormí muy bien por esa razón
6- Sería ideal una estación de café lo ofrecen como una opción de bebida caliente en el desayuno

prachtige plek
Pros:

prachtige lokatie bovenop een berg met rondom uitzicht. heerlijk zwembad en volop ligstoelen.
cristian was superaardig en regelde alles.

Cons:

aan het hotel niets. Raften is niet spannend hier, canopy was dicht.

De locatie, het is hier wonderschoon! De steile weg ernaartoe kom je vanuit de wat benauwde hitte onder naar een frisse, weidse locatie met dromerige palmbomen en prachtige uitzichten.

De jongemannen die de plek hier runnen werken keihard en zijn zeer behulpzaam. Het zwembad is heerlijk, de (familie)kamer is licht, ruim en prachtig met een terras met geweldig uitzicht.

Het ontbijt was heerlijk en de bar aan het zwembad verkoopt hele lekker sapjes en cocktails.

Cons:

Vooral eigenlijk niets. Het enige is dat er een vegetarisch menu ontbreekt op de kaart in het restaurant. Een tip zou zijn om iets eenvoudigs aan te biedenn zoals rijst, ei, bonen en salade of een pasta napolitana bijvoorbeeld.
