Wunderbare alte Hacienda, liebevoll eingerichtet mit relativ großen Zimmern. Verfügt über eigene Sport- uns Spielanlagen wie Tennisplatz, Volleyball- und Fussballwiese, Swimmingpool. Billiard Zimmer, etc.
The best service ever! My boyfriend and I were treated like royalty. The food was perfect! 10/10.
Amazing historic place, wonderful view of the mountains, beautiful gardens and surroundings; large, clean and comfortable rooms, fresh breakfast, attentive and helpful staff. Definitely we stay again. Highly recommended. The only cons were the unstable Wi-Fi inside the rooms and the shower has not safety bar.
We spent two nights here and enjoyed a wonderful stay. This hotel is made from a 200 year old ranch and is very beautifully restored. They have kept much of the old style construction and architecture while updating the utilities to create comfortable rooms. We especially enjoyed the quiet library on the second floor which is decorated with amazing antiques. Angie, the manager, and Ingrid, the chef, took great care of us. Angie knowledge of the local roads helped us so much with our travel plans. This hotel has great views of the mountains. It was quiet even though it is close to the highway. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
This is a much nicer place than what you see in their photos. We would definitely go back to it.
Excellent service.
spend to much money on transportation to go to town. also cost too much to eat there. too spend it
Large room, surrendered by nice location. Good breakfast.
Hotel is very close to the highway, hence it is very noisy
The staff people were great, very polite.
The place and the rooms are beautiful.
There was an issue because when I booked it didn't said anything about paying 30% of the value of any liquor you bring and open in the place. It was christmas and we wanted to have a cheering moment to celebrate at midnight. The manager told me I had to pay 30% of the value of any drinks we bring and open in the place.
I selected this place and invited my whole family to have a special moment but after this event, the energy changed. So, we decided to wait for the next day and go celebrate somewhere else near by.
So, be aware of this as it is not set in the property rules.
Breakfast & all meals well prepared and delicious. Staff was very courteous and attentive to the needs of the guests. The decoration and remodeling of the hacienda was very attractive. Room and property were very clean and attractive.
The fountain in the courtyard should be turned on. Entrance signage from the highway needs to be improved. I would like to see a "menu" of activities available for guests. There is not enough advertising available in English, and no one on the property speaks much English. This is bad for those who do not speak Spanish. There should be "historical information" on the hacienda and the region in English also. The water provided in the room is very small. The shower does not have a grab bar for security, nor does it have anywhere to put soap, shampoo, etc. I could not make the hot water work in the shower. The faucets are confusing for non-Spanish speakers...is "C" for Cold or for Caliente?
