El hotel se quedó sin agua en la noche y el servicio se restableció al día siguiente a las 8 am. La respuesta del personal fue que no había nada por hacer y debía esperar a que retornara el servicio. Yo viajé por temas laborales y esa situación impactó negativamente mi agenda.

Mucho olor a humedad, el no poder usar la terraza en la tarde noche, pedimos vasos y no nos podían pasar nada, el aire acondicionado lo manejan desde recepción y había que estar llamando para subirlo o bajarlo y el desayuno poca variedad

El desayuno y el personal que atiende muy bien, pero muchas veces había una sola persona en una mesa grande, o una persona trabajando en su portatil en una mesa, y la gente esperando, eso no se hace, ni esta bien

Aparte de lo de las mesas del comedor, en nuestra habitación no habían toallas, llamamos y un hombre nos dijo que las llevaramos nosotros mismos x que no había quien las llevara como debe ser
