Good location bad service

Location is good, it’s cleans and comfortable

Cons:

Some of the people working there are not helpful at all. The cleaning ladies were fantastic—very nice and willing to help—but the front desk staff were not willing to assist with anything. You even have to leave the hotel to get ice or water because there’s no way of getting it inside the hotel.

Breakfast was just okay. The setup is very strange. Instead of having bowls of fruit or self-serve coffee machines, you need to ask for everything, and they pre-make the fruit plates with six tiny pieces of fruit (two tiny pieces of watermelon, two tiny pieces of pineapple, and two tiny pieces of papaya). Everything feels minimal, as if it were a gift and you weren’t paying for it.

My dad ordered soup and eggs, and no one informed him that he needed to pay extra for them. They also never brought the eggs, and when he asked why, they simply said it was extra.

This is the first time I’ve had an experience at a hotel where they make you feel like you’re begging for everything. The hotel could be great if they wanted to, but they simply don’t care about good service.

Perfecto para viaje de trabajo.
Pros:

Varias opciones de desayuno para escoger. El sitio es perfecto si uno va por trabajo porque tiene todo cerca.

Cons:

No todas las habitaciones tienen ventana.

La atención del personal

Cons:

La mayoría de las habitaciones no tienen luz natural, lo que no hace tan agradable las instalaciones. El uso del jacuzzi debe ser por reserva. Por el costo que se paga debería tener otros servicios como gimnasio, no cuentan con agua caliente y en caso de traer ropa de playa mojada es casi imposible que pueda secarse.
El desayuno es muy limitado.
