La habitación que me asignaron no tenía ingreso de luz solar, si desde el inicio que se reserva lo mencionan uno puede decidir si toma o no el alojamiento

O café da manhã é bem servido, porém limitado. Não é um buffet como no Brasil.

Nothing, terrible mistake
We had a 5 night stay and it was a terrible mistake. The room we paid a lot of money for didn’t have a window (or better said it had a window 5 cm away from a wall, there was no light coming through). It was so ‘clean’ we found plastic wraps from food in the room. When housekeepers come, they just make the bed – we had to ask 3 times for shower gel. One night people from the room next to us decided to have a party at midnight and when we called reception to solve the problem, they said they are busy now and they will take care of it later…
At breakfast, you have a few options and they are decent, but the staff couldn’t care less. Every morning for 5 days we asked for water (just water!) and not one single time we got it. I would ask and be told ‘claro que si’ and never get it. Just one example, plus unless you wave to be served they just stare at you and never come to ask.
Overall, please don’t spend your money here. Pay a little more and go to a hotel that respects you, here the staff acts like they make you a favor for letting you pay a lot of money at this hotel.
L'emplacement le calme
Pas de fenêtres, humidité, pas de sèche cheveux, mini bar vide, pas d'affichette "ne pas déranger" et à 10h du matin la personne en charge du ménage tambourine à la porte jusqu'à vous réveiller. Un buffet au petit déjeuner était annoncé et ce n'est pas le cas.
