Great staff and beautiful magical place!!
Pros:

There was a mistake with the assignment of the rooms, and we were about to be hosted in a room without a balcony. The hotel responded by giving us a deluxe suite with a magnificent view and a lot of comfort. The service and staff are a 10/10. Great warm-hearted people that know how to make their guests/clients happy. I'll definitely return!

Cons:

The music could be turned lower or even shut off completely, since the noises by the river, the birds and the wind in the trees are simply beautiful and relaxing.

Las instalaciones muy bien, por mejorar pero muy bien, lástima el agua a las habitaciones no sube completamente.
La atención del recepcionista Juan si excelente.
Las comida muy buena en relación al precio.

Cons:

El resto del personal no se presentaron y les falta mucho servicio.
Amanecimos sin agua en las habitaciones y sin previo aviso.
Cada vez que íbamos a buscar a alguien del personal no estaban.

The team is kind and helpfull 🥰 and if you don't look for confort after a treck for exemple, the place is in the middle of the forest which is nice.

Cons:

We booked a room for 200 000 pesos with taxes through booking.com and we we're expecting what was indicated on the website. Well let's remove about 85% of the services and there you have it (brown swimming pool water, bad food, loud music up to 1am, no aircon,no wifi, no water in the bathroom and toilet, no hot water if have the chance to get a room with water, no mosquitos net, dirty room...)

Too expensive for what it is and during rain season, forget it.

Deze locatie is geschikt wanneer je een echte basic ervaring wilt. Breng zeker ook je eigen eten mee en wel alvorens je naar de locatie toegaat. De weg 7 km er naartoe is bijna onbegaanbaar voor normale auto's. bij aankomst was onze boeking onbekend. De kamer had geen airco of enige bescherming tegen ongedierte door de deuren of ramen heen. En we hadden geen stromend water. Het winkeltje heeft nauwelijks assortiment en het restaurant nauwelijks hygiëne en smakelijk eten
