Schönes Hotel mit hübschen Zimmern
Pros:

Sehr große Zimmer, tolle Dusche! Frühstück war lecker. Schöne Dachterrasse!

Cons:

Ich fands unangenehm, dass sich die Bettwäsche aus einem Material war, dass sich statisch auflädt - daher konnte ich nicht so komfortabel schlafen. Ich würde empfehlen, Baumwollbettwäsche zu kaufen.

I honestly don’t know where to begin because my experience at Hotel Zelva Negra was beyond amazing! I travelled to Medellín to celebrate my 30th birthday, and I truly could not have asked for a better hotel experience.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, kind, welcoming, and helpful. There was a language barrier at times, as most of the staff did not speak English, but that never stopped them from going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. They were patient, accommodating, and always willing to help in any way they could. The three receptionists in particular-two gentlemen and a young lady, were absolutely wonderful. I will genuinely miss seeing them!

The reception is open 24/7, which was such a great convenience, and anytime I needed anything, someone was always available to assist me. They even helped my boyfriend plan a little birthday surprise for me, which made my birthday even more special. One of the receptionists also surprised me with a little birthday treat, and those thoughtful gestures meant so much to me. ❤️

I also requested a birthday decoration for my room, and WOW! The decoration was absolutely beautiful. The flowers, the details, and the overall setup were superb and made me feel so special. It was exactly the kind of birthday experience I was hoping for.

I also had a massage during my stay with Hands of Gold Massage Spa, and the experience was wonderful. My masseuse was so warm, gentle, kind, and sweet, and the entire experience was incredibly relaxing.

What stood out to me most about Hotel Zelva Negra was the genuine kindness of the people. Despite the language differences, I never felt like I was struggling or alone. They made the effort to communicate, they were incredibly accommodating, and they made me feel welcomed throughout my entire stay.

I have travelled overseas before, but this was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

El alojamiento comenzó muy bien muy amable la recepcionista y la gerente pero nos robaron en la habitación y no hicieron nada para resolvernos el problema viendo cámaras de seguridad y teniendo todas las pruebas de que la mucama PAOLA nos robó. La mucama entró a la habitación y duro 7 minutos en la habitación para no limpiar ni sacar las toallas que estaban sucias en el piso las toallas se sacaron al otro día y por qué subieron la gerencia cuando hicimos la reclamación de que nos percatamos que nos faltaba un reloj de alto valor que estaba dentro de la maleta y que cuando llegamos hasta la recepcionista y gerente saben que llegamos con el y jamás volvimos a salir con el de el hotel salimos con otro de otro color algo que ella está consciente de que fue verdad. Me molesta tanto que tenga que robar a las personas y ellos hotel ni el dueño haya hecho nada por resolvernos el problema sabiendo que no vivimos en Colombia que somos turistas y que solo quería que hiciéramos una querella sin resolvernos la situación dejar la pilla mucama que se llama Paola la dejaron en el hotel para que siga robándole a la gente así que no vallan ahí por qué les robaran y el hotel no resolverá nada.
