Not what we expected. There are other local hotels like Yerba Buena that offer great accommodations for the money and ha

Staff were very nice.

Cons:

This place is like a glorified motel. Our room was clean but very small and in particular the restroom. There was hardly any space to move around specially, with two people. Access road is in very bad shape.

Pros:

El personal muy amable, desde la recepcionista hasta la gente del restaurante.

Cons:

Uno de los días servicio de restaurante hasta la noche, pero el día domingo a las 5 pm ya no había nada para comer y tocaba salir a buscar comida fuera del hotel, algo que no fue tan bueno. El agua caliente solo funcionó el primer día, después solo agua fría.

La ubicación, lejos de todo.
No había jabón en la habitación, el personal te decía que te lavarás con shampoo.
No había un escritorio en la habitación para poner la laptop y trabajar.

Pros:

Super bien, muy atentos. Aunque al frente hay una discoteca que excede los niveles de ruido dentro de la cabaña no se siente tanto pero si sales es insoportable el hotel no tiene la culpa, pero deverian tomar medidas con esa discoteca, demandas, tutelas por que uno va es a descansar. Las instalaciones muy bien la piscina grande y muy limpia

La discoteca que está al frente, muy ruidosa, excede los niveles de ruido. el hotel no tiene la culpa no hace parte del alojamiento

Pros:

Rooms were nice and cool. Swimming pool was nice

Cons:

They drive you crazy for payment. The Manager in the evening hours is just pain nasty. No manners! There was NO hot water after the first day dispite two visits to the frente desk.

Pros:

Pretty grounds, nice restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We selected this hotel because it was listed as being only 2,200 feet from the Peirera airport. We had a flight to catch the next day and were looking for a hotel close to airport. As it turned out, hotel waa much further than what the listing described.
