Sentí que el valor no corresponde a la calidad del hospedaje

El personal es atento y estaba dispuesto a mejorar los inconvenientes encontrados

Toalla sucia
Televisor con problemas de conexión
Mal olor en el baño que se extendía a la habitación y al comunicarle la falla del televisor y el mal olor el personal nos cambia de habitación donde era un poco menor la intensidad del olor y el televisor si servía. Cuando hicimos el cambio el ascensor se bloqueó tenía problemas al cerrar las puertas.

La ubicación y atención del personal

Cons:

La relación calidad / precio , está muy elevado en referencia a otros hoteles cercanos , habían opciones a mitad de precio cerca a la ubicación.
La habitación muy pequeña , la cama parece una tabla , el lavamanos no servía el drenaje.

Pros:

Las habitaciones muy cómodas, el servicio de desayuno muy ágil y con buena sazón. La atención fue muy buena y la ubicación excelente para los que quieren conocer la ciudad de Cali

Pros:

Good location close too many restaurants and not far from downtown Cali. Staff were super friendly and helpful making me feel at home. Very nice breakfast!

Cons:

Internet signal not always very stable in the room, and a bit of noise and loud music from clubs nearby on the weekend but not big deal.
