La vista desde la habitación l embalse de guatapé y la asistencia del personal para solucionar situaciones

Cons:

El lugar no es tranquilo durante el día, es frustrante por que hay personas que viven allí (familia tal vez) hacen mucho ruido, ponen música a alto volumen, no hay señal celular, el wifi no sirve en la habitación que me toco. Y OJO al llegar el mapa google no te lleva al lugar, yo terminé del otro lado de la piedra, esto lo saben en el hotel, pero no me lo advirtieron antes de ir, termine en una vereda donde casi no pude dar la vuelta en el vehículo, luego me enviaron un video, tuve que devolverme hasta llegar al punto donde me estaba esperando la administradora, una hora perdí en eso.

Las vistas

Cons:

El alojamiento es muy limpio y tiene muy buenas vistas, en ese aspecto todo muy bien.

Sin embargo, tuvimos que irnos antes de tiempo por un problema importante en la habitación.

El alojamiento respondió correctamente y nos devolvió el dinero sin ningún inconveniente, algo que agradecemos.

Aun así, creemos que sería necesario revisar y mejorar algunas instalaciones para evitar este tipo de situaciones.

Que no había variación del desayuno.
Al bañarse el agua de la ducha pasaba hasta el piso del servicio. Se mojaba mucho el piso.

Beautiful location, garden and view of the lake is amazing. The house is beautiful too.

The staff was not very friendly. They served us ham woth the breakfast even though we told them we were vegetarians just before.

La vue de l hôtel est incroyable

Cons:

Ce n est pas un hotel 4 etoiles, Nous avions une chambre avec une fenêtre qui donnait sur la terrasse du voisin , ils avaient donc la vue direct sur notre lit, même le personnel de l hôtel passé devant, auxune intimité.
le petit déjeuner est le même tout les jours et vous n avez pas le choix, ils servent une assiette avec le même repas tout les jours, le ménage n a pas étai fait, il manque un réfrigérateur. Le lit n est pas tres confortable.
