Pros:

Horrible, the workers are very attentive, the hotel is terrible, at 10:30 they turn off the lights in the only area they have for one to talk for a while, you can't be out of the hotel after 11 pm, a prison, if you want to pay to feel like you're in prison, this is the place.

Lindo, pero no pudimos descansar por el ruido
Pros:

El hotel es lindo, tiene una vista espectacular, en dias despejados se puede ver el Nevado del Ruiz en el horizonte. A 10 minutos esta Panaca, y a 15 Quimbaya.
La piscina y el jacuzzi son agradables y tienen un nido con sillas, tal cual muestran en sus fotos, que puede decirse es lo mas lindo del lugar.
La habitación era cómoda, pero no aislaba el sonido exterior, se escuchaba muy cerca tanto el ruido de las demas habitaciones como de la zona social.
La primera noche había una familia con niños pequeños, muy activos, tanto que sus padres no podían controlar, todo el tiempo regañando y gritándoles hasta medianoche y luego desde antes de 6am. Todo se escuchaba. La siguiente noche una pareja discutió hasta la madrugada, tuvo el personal que pedirles bajaran la voz, por supuesto todos se enteraron de la discordia.
Aunque tiene un parque y un espacio en la piscina para niños, no creo que la combinación de mercados (familia con niños pequeños + parejas) sea lo ideal, ya que el hotel es pequeño, tiene una sola zona común y cero acústica. Por ej: de los 3 dias que estuvimos, 2 de ellos los niños acapararon toda la piscina y el jacuzzi.
Buscábamos un hotel de descanso y desconexión pero este definitivamente no fue el ideal.
De resaltar la atención de Santiago y su compañero, muy atentos casi que las 24 horas, podría decirse.

Cerca a la naturaleza para descansar
Pros:

Un lugar tranquilo para descansar! Tiene un sendero que llega a un lugarcito para escuchar los pajaritos, ver mariposas y ver un pequeño arroyo de agua que produce mucha paz. Las personas que atienden hacen muy bien su trabajo y son muy pendientes que todo esté bien.
