Pros:

It’s ok but overpriced for what you get - also they don’t provide their cleaning staff with proper equipment (no vacuum cleaner for example ) so nothing gets cleaned properly- also they promise regular cleaning but they always postpone for days so it’s much dirtier. They also don’t have enough cleaners to do their job properly and in the amount of time needed- so if you want sparkling clean you won’t get that here.
Also they say non smoking but they don’t enforce this so several neighbours while I was there smoked inside and in shared patios- so that’s a big problem- they need to provide nice seating out the front so that smokers have a good place to go so they don’t do it around other guests.
Don’t get your washing done here because they water down the soap so the clothes don’t clean properly- basically they cut corners for costs so they are a 2 star at best and should be cheaper because of this.
The location is good.
