It was a great choice for me and my family. We love the facilities, the views from our rooms and the restaurant are breathtaking. The staff is amazing and always willing to help. The restaurant was very good. The location is convenient. I recommend the hotel 100%

Esta bien ubicada las instalaciones en general l estan bien (solo cuentan con un elevador) el restaurant y la terranza en el piso 10 es espectacular
Solo los pasillos para ir a las habitaciones son angostos y un pico eztraños

Upon checking in, we were taken to a floor that was completely under construction. I’d say the room we were put in had been completed first. From the elevator on there were electrical wires etc. we went down to ask about the start of the noise in the morning and were told they could move us the next day. The area was a construction site and should have been closed.

Upon leaving after registration I received an email that there was not going to be any hot water.

We felt there was not a sincere response to the areas of issues that were brought to their attention.

We left the next day after securing accommodations that were quiet and offered hot water. The fact they knew there was no running hot water before we registered just shows dishonesty.

Staff great but the place very old even with the remodeling. Cleanness needs to improve. It’s a cheap place to stay at so you get what you paid for. I won’t come back. It was decent for the 2 nights I stayed but you can find so much better

Le robaron el celular a mi amiga y se portaron muy groseros diciendo que no y no . Y cuando se hizo el check out horas después prendieron el celular y la ubicación estaba en el hotel . Pésima atención
