Ruhiges Stadthotel
Pros:

Hotel ist sehr ruhig trotz der Nähe zum lauten Zentrum.

Cons:

Musik im Restaurant immer so laut. Schon beim Frühstück. Ist nicht nötig, wril es in Medellin eh sonst immer überall crazy und laut ist.

Stains on sheets, I told the lady there was no soap to shower and she said I had to wait till the morning . When went downstairs for breakfast at 9 am there was nothing left but scraps

El personal del hotel es muy amable. En especial la mesera Sarah Las instalaciones limpias. El hotel queda cerca del Poblado pero en un área donde no se escucha mucho bullicio lo cual es bueno para descansar

Cons:

Me cobraron una cantidad errónea al hacer check in y nadie pudo responder por que realizaron esto. Va casi un mes y aún espero respuestas y que me devuelvan el dinero. La comunicación para resolver esto ha sido pésima.
No nos gustó la decoración del hotel me pareció muy sobrio como si fuera un hospital, esperaba un poco más para el precio que pagamos. Adicional el hotel queda en una calle llena de vagabundos y basura por lo que no se siente seguro para caminar en la noche
El desayuno es muy limitado y frío.

Atención en recepción , bebida de bienvenida, pero en la siguiente pregunta relató cuál fue el lunar negro

Cons:

Dejé olvidado en el clóset debajo del TV, una camiseta negra marca LEVI’S, y la mandé a buscar con un amigo de Medellín hoy mismo: 7:30 pm (hice check-out a las 7:30 am ) y el Sr de la recepción buscó y no encuentra nada

Lovely stay in Medellin
Pros:

Our room was lovely and had a small balcony where we could see the local church and skyline. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly as its off the main street, noise is minimal which is a bonus for a good night's sleep. would definitely stay here again.
