Me gustó el menú del desayuno, la atención del personal en todos los espacios del hotel. La tranquilidad y el ambiente familiar.

Cons:

La falta de mantenimiento en el cuarto que nos asignaron, específicamente en el baño, había algunos accesorios deteriorados, como el tapón del lavamanos y el toallero. En el cuarto faltaba una mesita de noche. El desayuno de ayer lo entregaron sin bebida y con una fruta que había que pelar. Y no fue posible porque íbamos muy temprano para el aeropuerto.

La ubicacion fue lo mejor de todo

Cons:

El hotel esta muy bien ublicado pero la entrada esta un poco descuidada y en la esquina hay un vertedero de basura que opaca las espectativas, las habitaciones eran limpias pero no tenia equipamientos de cocina como vasos, cucharas o cualquier otro utensilio a pesar de que tenia el espacio habiliatado por lo que cada vez era necesario pedir lo que se necesitaba

Non sense of responsibility of personnel !

We stayed only one night in this hotel, but encountered a mountain of problems. When booking on Booking, I clearly specified that we were two adults and one child, and the booking suggested a double room with the note “your child will stay for free at this hotel.” In such cases (based on our experience with Booking), the hotel usually provides a room with a double bed plus an extra bed added for the child.
Upon arrival, to our great surprise, the receptionist calmly handed us the key to a double room. When we asked, “Where will our child sleep?”, she replied, “But you booked a double room, so there is only one double bed,” and said it was not possible to add another bed. After a lot of discussion, she finally agreed to add one.
When we entered the room, it was so small that with the extra bed added, we practically had to step over our suitcases just to move around and get to the bed. The bathroom was tiny as well.
The breakfast was very, very basic, and you have to eat it on tables that are far too small to even fit a cup and a plate comfortably. After checking out, while on the road to Guatavita, we realized we had forgotten three packs of high-quality French cheese that we had bought for friends in the room’s fridge. We called the hotel twice, and a receptionist confirmed that they had found the cheese in the fridge and would keep it for us until we came back to pick it up.
We drove an extra 60 km to return to the hotel, but once at the reception, they said, “We don’t know what packages you’re talking about.” They denied receiving any call or finding anything in the fridge. After a lot of anger and arguments, it turned out that the cleaning staff had thrown the packages away—and we actually found them by searching through a trash bin next to the hotel!
This is outrageous. They showed no sense of responsibility, and when we asked for compensation, they told us to provide a receipt for the cheese (of cours we no we no longer had the receipt). it was our last day in
