Pros:

It was good although the coffee for breakfast could be better. More blankets for the bed would be nice and the pillows were not so comfortable. Considering the price is not too bad but I think the administration should make some improvements. I love the views, it is pretty quiet and beautiful, close to the town and convenient. Thanks you!

Pros:

The worse place town stay. Has an amazing view, it's clean, but WiFi is bad, place is very very very noisy, the staff doesn't answer calls or messages, and you can't found them easily in the hotel. I'm never going to go back to that place. The worse place you can stay. Look for another hotel, this is not what you're looking for.

Tuve una experiencia agridulce en este hotel. Lamentablemente, al llegar descubrimos que habían perdido nuestra reserva, lo que generó una gran incomodidad. A pesar de ser amables y hacer su mejor esfuerzo, no lograron solucionar el problema de manera satisfactoria. Al final, tuve que aceptar una habitación que no cumplía con mis expectativas.

Aun así, debo reconocer que el personal fue atento durante toda nuestra estancia, y la vista desde la habitación es realmente espectacular. Sería una excelente opción.

The parking was terrible, in a cliff very scary to park but the room with the magnificent view made it a great experience, no doubt we would be back.

Pros:

I reserved a room with a jetted tub and paid extra for just that. When I arrived at the property they took me to my room which did not have a jetted tub or any tub for that matter, only a shower. I showed them my receipt and the screenshot where it showed a jetted tub for the deluxe room which is what I reserved. The woman said she would ask the manager. She came back in a few minutes and said that if I wanted the jetted tub I would have to pay 100 dollars more. Also, the shower had huge clumps of hair and rocks in it so I know it had not been clean. The shades that came down over the windows were also covered in smashed mosquito guts. Ughhh! The staff were very nice however and the location was beautiful.
