Will definetly stay in this hotel next time we are in Medellin. But in a suite.
Pros:

The staff are great. Carlos in particular is very good and attentive. Helped us in every which way he could.

Cons:

The bed in the cabaña we stayed in was of springs and any time one of us moved the whole bed moved.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, zona segura, cosas por mejorar !
Pros:

La ubicación es fenomenal y la atención de los chicos es muy cordial. la decoración y el concepto es muy lindo. Si no quieres desayunar en el hotel, tienes justo en la esquina del hotel un brunch & coffee delicioso y recomendado. La zona es segura, centro comercial, bancos, y lo que necesitas muy muy cerca y segura.

Cons:

Reserve a través del hotel un servicio de transporte al aeropuerto y nunca me recogieron, me todo pedir otro servicio. El aseo de la cama y la habitación como tal no me convenció y no me daba seguridad. Y el olor que salía del baño era un olor a caño muy feo. Varios mosquitos. Adicional la habitación no tiene black out para mitigar tanta luz del pasillo cuando es de noche. El desayuno aunque tienen variedad, no me gusto el termino del omelete que pedí.

Mi habitación daba al patio donde la gente tomaba el desayuno y desde temprano se escuchaban las conversaciones y no había sensación de privacidad.

Love the location and love the room
Pros:

I love the jacuzzi has lights and one could take bubble bath and that the room has shower as well, the mattress was comfortable slept like a baby. I was very happy that the room had a small fridge to store beverage and etc/ Huge TV screen and the couch is comfy.

Cons:

The balcony view was a bit disappointed and saw a roof instead of plant on the room. I find it such a shame that the breakfast is very limited and the portion was a little too little, I mean the fruit was in a very small portion. Only had option for coffee or tea, and if you're a person that have juice in the morning, this wasn't possible.

Joli hôtel dans beau quartier excentré
Pros:

La décoration est top, la chambre est grande et bien aménagée
La réception a gardé nos affaires la journée

Cons:

L accès direct de la chambre sur la terrasse commune du petit déjeuner.
Le petit déjeuner est basique et pas assez copieux.
Le paiement en CB est pénalisé : nous avons réglé 10€ de plus et aucune facture n a été donnée à notre amie qui réglait cash

Comodidad y buen trato.
Pros:

La ubicacion, es excelente. El desayuno muy bien balanceado y delicioso

Cons:

Me hospede en la Suite 02, la luz del aire es muy fuerte, no lo intente pero si se puede atenuar seria bueno.
El Balcon abierto al publico impide que uno pueda abrir la cortina con tranquilidad.
