Pros:

Ubicacion, limpieza y trato de personal

Cons:

Se escuchaba mucho los ruidos en el interior del hotel, entre habitaciones. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas.

Ótimo atendimento e bem localizada
Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado, pois é próximo a tudo, mas ainda silencioso. O atendimento foi ótimo, são pessoas atenciosas e muito simpáticas. Roupa de cama ótima. O café da manhã também é muito gostoso.

Cons:

Infelizmente o chuveiro estava frio, mesmo seguindo as orientações da forma certa de usar, tomamos banho gelado num clima que estava friozinho.

Lo mejor de guatapé
Pros:

Excelente la atencion del personal, sobretodo de Valeria. Super limpio, bien decorado, comodo, ubicacion excelente, barato, amplio, desayuno rico y abundante. Sin duda volveríamos!

Zeer leuk hotel, vriendelijk personeel, ze spreken wel enkel Spaans, maar doen hun best.
Zeer propere kamer en badkamer.
Goede ligging in Guatapé

Cons:

Er is geen raam aan de kamer. Het bed is smal voor 2 personen maar voor 1 nachtje prima

Süßes kleines Hotel
Pros:

Sehr nette kleine Unterkunft mitten in Guatape aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Der Inhaber hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und war äußerst hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer sind nicht groß aber liebevoll eingerichtet und für eine Nacht vollkommen ok.
Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Cons:

Die einzigen beiden kleinen Kritikpunkte sind vielleicht das fehlende Fenster nach draußen (was wir allerdings wussten, daher wird das auch nicht bewertet) und das kalte Wasser in der Dusche. Abends war es in Guatape im April bei Regen durchaus ein wenig „kühl“, da wäre eine warme Dusche super gewesen.
Ansonsten ist das Hotel wirklich top und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar

El lugar es muy lindo, todo muy armonioso. Todo limpio y ordenado, ubicación excelente, se siente muy seguro el entorno, los chicos de recepción son muy amables y el desayuno muy rico.
