Staff was very helpful, problems were solved quickly. The room was modern and clean. The kettlebell in the room was fine for a short training. Water station on every floor. Good location 5-10 minutes from the metro, nice neighbourhood, only a bit noisy.

Cons:

The airport pick up didn‘t work. Although it was indicated, the booked room had no noise protection. It was very loud from the rooftop bar on the other side. The new room had only windows with milk glass windows, but was quiet and fine overall.

Pros:

Chambre confortable et emplacement idéal

Cons:

Il faut demander les verres car la chambre n’en est pas équipée, tout comme il n’y a pas de plateau-bouilloire, ni de mini-frigo (ce qui est la moindre des choses dans un 4 étoiles).

Pros:

Fabulous location in El Poblado, away from the noise, but safe and secure neighbourhood with shops and restaurants and metro in walking distance. There is a hostel with rooftop parties across the street, but they finished early during our stay (from Sun to Wed). It’s a beautiful hotel with professional staff. We loved the check-in - instead of standing at counter you could chill on the couch while everything was sorted out. A la carte breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

That is a first world problem, but there were no glasses in the room and upon asking you could get only paper cups. Breakfast could have more drinks than just a choice between coffee OR juice. Nevertheless, it was delicious.
