La stanza senza finestra e la colazione in un café accanto all’hotel con poca scelta di piatti dolci e poca flessibilità

The check-in process was far too long (30 minutes) and we had to ask them to speed things up.

To make matters worse, the room had no windows, and the bedside light was broken and stayed constantly on, making it impossible to sleep. The next morning, maintenance spent 30 minutes in our room without fixing it, eventually just putting black tape over it. Other lights in the room were malfunctioning as well.

At the rooftop bar, I ordered a margarita. The bartender suggested a spicy version, which I agreed to try. However, they failed to mention it was an off-menu cocktail priced at double the standard rate. When I disputed this on the receipt, they eventually refunded the difference, but were visibly annoyed. Despite our group (staying across 3 rooms) ordering around 10 drinks, the staff’s attitude was completely unacceptable.

Finally, during check-out, staff members accused my uncle—who was staying in another room with the rest of our family—of stealing a massage gun. We didn't even know there was one in the room and had to offer to open our luggage to prove it. The receptionist, Catharina, was extremely unpleasant throughout. Seeing her get pouted and offended simply because we defended ourselves and proved we hadn't stolen anything was completely surreal. Calling us "rude" after falsely accusing us is the peak of unprofessionalism.

For the price charged, one expects significantly better service and respect.

Small rooms, lighting did not work well

Esperienza pessima. Abbiamo preso tre camere per tre notti. in una non funzionavano le luci ed era senza finestra. Alla richiesta di cambiare ci è stato risposto che non si poteva. Accanto al letto una luce non si spegneva si sono limitati a lasciarla accesa e mettere dello scotch sopra... perfetto per dormire e non parlo nemmeno della sicurezza... al rooftop hanno provato a farci pagare un cocktail il DOPPIO per aver aggiunto su loro suggerimento un ingrediente (polvere piccante). Quando abbiamo contestato il personale è stato molto scortese.  Colazione con poca scelta nel bar vicino con personale anche lì scortese. Contate almeno 40 minuti per avere il vostro piatto. L'hotel si da molte arie ma non è proprio al livello. Per finire il peggio... siamo stati accusati di aver rubato un attrezzo da palestra in camera ed in malo modo. Abbiamo risposto che potevano tranquillamente aprire tutte le nostre valigie per verificare ma anche lì la scortesia della ragazza (di cui indico il nome all'attenzione della proprietà: Katherine) è un atteggiamento inaccettabile e non professionale. Non ci siamo mai sentiti trattati così nei numerosi hotel che abbiamo frequentato.
Tutto non professionale per il livello che l'hotel si vuole dare e per il prezzo pagato.
Infine nessun bollitore in camera ce ne sta uno nella lounge ma in tre giorni il caffè non c'è mai stato e non vi erano nemmeno le tazze. Non lo consiglio assolutamente ci sono tanti altri hotel in zona con un miglior rapporto qualità prezzo.

Some fixtures like the lights in bedroom were glitchy and hard to get right. Some drawers didn’t close well and kept sliding open. Nothing too bad. Terrace/ rooftop bar extremely loud when I arrived first night, but staff said it ended at 11 and I left during that time. When I returned it was silent.

La habitación era pequeña relación calidad precio.
No tenia ventanas y los enchufes no iban.
El desayuno te lo dan en una cafeteria al lado que te incluye solo algunos platos. Propusimos pagar la diferencia y nos dejaron.
