The staff are amazing and so helpful and the rooms are a very high standard. We booked two rooms and cancelled one last minute and the owner fully understood and gave us a refund even though we were out of the refund time frame. Can't thank them enough

I loved the full set up! Having the little garden was perfect..great location very clean and cosy
Only thing was I think one the rooms has a separate bathroom which they kept me awake most the night in and out doors slamming if it wasn’t for that my trip would been perfect
The apartment was clean and quaint, and it was fine for a one-night stay. The room itself met my expectations for a short visit.
Parking was awkward because I had to leave my car on a pavement that did not appear to be intended for parking. I also found the area unsettling during my stay because emergency services attended to someone nearby. My refundable deposit still has not been returned several days after checkout, and I have had difficulty getting a response from the property team.

Faptul ca gazda a cerut un depozit de 50 de lire, conditionand astfel accesul in proprietate, a fost o neplacere. Acest depozit nu a fost mentionat nicaieri si parea ca este o tentativa de inselaciune. In ciuda nemultumirii mele, mi-a fost spus foarte clar ca fara acest depozit de 50 de lire nu pot accesa proprietatea. Da, mi-a fost inapoiat ulterior, insa mi-a creeat o neplacere destul de mare.

Very close to the James Cook Hospital.
There were many shops, takeaways and pubs near by.
The superior double was much smaller than expected. Not keen on the terrace.
The room was lovely and clean very modern as well.
Large TV not that I even switched it on, had everything you needed, coffee machine, iron, haitlrdryer etc if ya need them things. Bathroom was clean, compact but ideal. Cant fault the room at all.
Quite close to Middlesbrough Town about a 10/15mins walk, i enjoyed the walk in, if you dont like walking it might not he for you but plenty of buses or ubers about.
Toby carvery is only up the road as well which was lovely.
Would stay again, when im visiting my daughters.
