The staff when I reached no body is there even they write 24/7 staff available
They have no refunded my £50 refundable deposit over a month since a checked out & called over 15 times during this period to try & get it back. Disgrace
The room was clean and cozy. The attached bathroom was wonderful. I especially loved the communal kitchen where I could easily warm my takeaway food.
On my last night's stay, the guests next door were really loud, turning on the music very loudly beyond 12 midnight and talking at a high volume. I could not rest well.
We had a fantastic stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for our stay.
What really stood out was Steve as a host, he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel really looked after throughout our stay.
His communication was excellent and he made the whole experience easy and stress free. Have been here a few times and will defos be booking again
Very clean, the owner met us on site. We’ve stayed 4 times now and found the apartments to be great value for money
Very well done out and clean rooms with. Got everything you could need within a 2 minute walk and the easy access makes it convenient.
I like the detached gardens in our room! Nice and clean very relaxing! We’ve stayed here numerous times now and enjoyed it every time..rooms are always clean..always nice hot water tvs are already logged into Netflix etc so no hassle finding anything to watch! Perfect! Me and my partner love it here

The owner of the property onsite was very helpful and excellent and helped with my access problems. The accommodation met all my needs and expectations
I found it difficult using the access code and when I rang OYO UK I found them difficult to hear on the phone and this made my access to the property challenging which the owner resolved swiftly.
It’s modern and offered privacy. I also loved the kitchen amenities. Loved how it made everything feel like you are in your own home
The property was good and i felt safe in it.
The room i was in was a bit drafty most likely because i had an external seating area adjacent to my room. The heating would escape and it was a bit chilly for me throughout the night.
But overall, would recommend

Nothing i didn't have a problem
Horrendous customer care, my company booked the stay, put me as the guest but because my name was different to the account holders, they wouldn't let me check in!!!! Appalling care and service, couldn't call though kept getting a call center. in the end we had to book elsewhere. There is also NO PARKING as stated in the ad!!
