Bellevue Apartments Middlesborough

The room was clean and cozy. The attached bathroom was wonderful. I especially loved the communal kitchen where I could easily warm my takeaway food.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for our stay.

What really stood out was Steve as a host, he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel really looked after throughout our stay.

His communication was excellent and he made the whole experience easy and stress free. Have been here a few times and will defos be booking again

Very well done out and clean rooms with. Got everything you could need within a 2 minute walk and the easy access makes it convenient.

I like the detached gardens in our room! Nice and clean very relaxing! We’ve stayed here numerous times now and enjoyed it every time..rooms are always clean..always nice hot water tvs are already logged into Netflix etc so no hassle finding anything to watch! Perfect! Me and my partner love it here

The owner of the property onsite was very helpful and excellent and helped with my access problems. The accommodation met all my needs and expectations

It’s modern and offered privacy. I also loved the kitchen amenities. Loved how it made everything feel like you are in your own home

My room was fantastic very modern and to a high standard. Had everything to make it a comfortable stay.

Horrendous customer care, my company booked the stay, put me as the guest but because my name was different to the account holders, they wouldn't let me check in!!!! Appalling care and service, couldn't call though kept getting a call center. in the end we had to book elsewhere. There is also NO PARKING as stated in the ad!!

We arrived at property took just over 2 hours to gain access with the guy on whats app telling us make a payment of £50 and he would give us a number for the door and was saying hurry up make payment and being a bit cheeky to is about it room was freezing and the guy said he controlled heating for his phone and said it was warm in the room told us to make no noise as he had people in there and all night doors and clattering about off them the room does not have a bathroom the bathroom that it says private bathroom is along corridor so if you want showered are the toilet be prepared as there is a kitchen next to it for guest and i come out shower to find two people in kitchen next to me pictures look as though its a bathroom attached to the room but its not they say private bathroom but don’t tell you it’s across landing and down corridor shocking experience and very bad management on whats app i have all message if anyone wants to see what you have to go through to gain access

The staff are amazing and so helpful and the rooms are a very high standard. We booked two rooms and cancelled one last minute and the owner fully understood and gave us a refund even though we were out of the refund time frame. Can't thank them enough

Exceptional facility! Extremely clean. I would give it 5 stars!
