Everything
Nothing
Great selection and value for money.
I couldnt fault the hotel, staff and facilites at all. Excellent
Location, bar and food were good and bar staff very friendly
We had to change room twice, stains on carpets,a lot of chip marks on walls and make up on wall,
After pointing out number of issues and moved to the 2nd room which was worse and we were told they get the cleaners in again, why was this not checked before we were moved. Very poor for a 4star hotel and rates charged
We loved the location. We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade with a fab view of the Peace Bridge. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. We used the Thermal Suite and availed of a treatment each. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly and the therapists wonderful. Thank you. Our room was lovely with everything we needed. The concierge was excellent and a huge shout out to Marie-Therese who we met in the Oak Room at breakfast. Such a lovely person. Also, one of the managers in the restaurant was lovely also.
Sadly, not all the staff are as friendly and efficient as expected. I felt the breakfast could have been so much better. There was a good variety of food on offer but it just didn’t feel like quality food. I always look forward to a hotel breakfast but this was disappointing. Indeed, on the first morning I ordered Eggs Benedict. I waited over 25 minutes for it to come. My Mum had finished her breakfast at this stage. It was tasteless and the eggs weren’t properly cooked. I think the breakfast and the food offer in the bar needs to improve. The efficiency and friendliness of the staff in general requires address. These aspects of better would have made a good stay a great stay.
Cleanliness, pleasant staff, good food
Nothing
Very friendly staff.very relaxing. Spa was fantastic as we had it to ourselves a real treat.breakfast excellent choice and service.loved the crockery.
Great location and staff were excellent. Stayed for an event at the hotel, for which everything was excellent.
Bed was deeply uncomfortable and pillows not to my liking (though I admit I'm picky)
Beautiful decor, great scent, friendly staff, fast and early room Service, lovely food and drinks
Nothing to complain about!
It was very nice that complimentary biscuits were replenished every day.
Pillows
The experience was wonderful, will certainly come back and spend more time in Derry. One night was too short.
The property was amazing so clean & stylish
Staff were super nice & friendly
The one thing I would say was breakfast could have been better a few things were finshed & not refilled we got in for breakfast after 10 & it didn’t stop until 10.30 so a bit disappointed
Then everything was turned off at 10.30
The staff are super friendly, very helpful & cheerful.
It's fairly expensive, but I can't fault the facilities or staff.
The ambiance of the Hotel is just wonderful, its is so relaxing with soft music and lovely smells and then if you pop to the Corner House there is live music and a great atmosphere, the best of both worlds.
The Spa was lovely, steam room was one of the best I have been in.
All staff were lovely and ordered us taxi's when needed, which came a lot quicker than we expected.
Staff were all very friendly and on the ball, dressed really smart too.
I loved the location of this Hotel, just across the peace bridge and you are in the buzz of it all, supermarket close, museums, city walls etc...
We also went on a 7 mile walk, the Peace Bridge and Foyle Bridge Circular.
We have had a lovely time during our 3 night stay and love Derry, we will definitely be back.
The room was very clean and had everything you needed. we also had a lovely view looking over the square and peace bridge.
I left my gloves in reception when I ran off for the taxi to the airport, the staff have kindly said they will post them for me.
The shower backed up and overflowed, leaking all over the floor and on to the bedroom carpet. Reception gave us keys to use a shower in the room opposite, that worked well.
One day the room didn't get serviced.
The hairdryer kept cutting out, I used 3 different hairdryers in total as I was going to be late to meet friends otherwise. All three hairdryers cut out after only a few minutes and took ages to come back on. My partner took the back off one hairdryer and cleaned all the dust away and it seemed to work for longer after that, maybe they all need doing.
The breakfast was ok, I thought it would have been better than it was (more choice).
