Pros:

Great location just across the River Foyle from the walled city of Derry. Lovely modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff at restaurants and receptions.

Cons:

Would have preferred a larger room for the rate i paid but it was very nice with good facilities.

A great location, hotel is comfortable and Spa is excellent.
Pros:

Tastefully decorated, comfortable beds , rooms had every convenience, friendly staff. The soa treatments are excellent, thermal suite is lovely. Breakfast was very good. An excellent location

Cons:

In the room we stayed on 1st floor , piped music from either the lobby or the thermal suite played all night, low in tone but noticeable enough.
Parking is not complimentary. The price was quite expensive for Derry.

Excellent stay overall which I would highly recommend to others.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very pleasant and accommodating staff. Food and drink at the restaurant was very good, and the spa was lovely. Had a sizeable room with a comfy bed and a great shower. Overall design was classy.

Cons:

Very small criticism - the tinkly piano music played in the main lobby could be heard from my room, and did keep me awake a little.

Lovely stay, beautiful spa and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful

Great stay, very convenient location and above all the staff were beyond helpful!
Pros:

Location and friendly staff.

Cons:

One room I booked with booking.com noted one of the rooms was a River View but was not. My family member did not want to change rooms so I did not ask them to make the correction.

Short city break
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location in Ebrington which was refurbished when Derry was City of Culture. It is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars and the city centre is a short walk away across the pedestrian Peace Bridge. Check in was efficient and courteous. Our rooms was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We found the decor rather dark and, while everything was satisfactory, we felt that it was not of the quality which the price suggested.
