Spent 5 days catching up with old friends and the many positive changes in the city since our last visit 9 years ago. Th
Pros:

Modern hotel built in an old Naval complex with well appointed rooms. Our room had a beautiful view across the Peace Bridge to the city which was a 10 minute walk away. Superb breakfast both buffet and à la carte. Staff were efficient and welcoming- particularly concierge Gerry who is a fount of local knowledge, and Luis in the bar - gracias Amigo! A number of other buildings in the complex have been converted into modern restaurants and cafes which is convenient.

Cons:

Would have liked a small fridge in the room. Bar was a little noisy over the weekend particularly when live entertainment was playing - however the sound didn’t permeate our room.

Perfect for a relaxing break!
Pros:

Very relaxing atmosphere from the moment we walked into reception. Staff were extremely friendly. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The bar had great entertainment. The spa facilities were good. The hotel was in a superb location.

Cons:

I found the bed and pillows just too hard and I was surprised to find soda bread is not on the menu for the Irish Breakfast. Sadly the food at breakfast was not very warm.
However these are just minor details which did not spoil our stay and I would return.

The luxurious look and feel of the hotel.The interesting artefacts everywhere
The friendly and helpful staff and the cleanliness.

Cons:

I found the dark grey decor and brown furry a bit oppressive although it gave the hotel a luxurious atmosphere

Very comfortable in a high quality hotel with a perfect location.
Pros:

Centrally located and very modern with a classic vibe. Immaculately clean throughout. Good quality breakfast.

On the whole it was great
Pros:

Excellent location. Easy to find. Walkable access to city. Staff were exceptional. Lovely decor.

Cons:

Room outlook wasn’t good . Former guest had left stuff in shower .

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

The hotel was very clean with very friendly for staff.

Cons:

The overall temperature in the hotel was very hot , the heating controls in my room sadly weren’t working to adjust the room temp
