Enjoyable stay
Pros:

The hotel was very clean with very friendly for staff.

Cons:

The overall temperature in the hotel was very hot , the heating controls in my room sadly weren’t working to adjust the room temp

Pros:

I had a great 2 nights stay at The Ebrington Hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk into the city centre. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, and the room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had a room with a lovely panoramic view over Derry, including the Guildhall and the Peace Bridge. The hotel’s overall decor is stylish and relaxing, and the thermal suite (with generously sized relaxation pool) was a real highlight. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice and great service. We also had a lovely meal and cocktails in the Corner House Pub & Lounge. I’d definitely stay in this hotel again.

Cons:

There is not much I didn't like. Breakfast offered a good overall selection, but it was missing some fresh vegetables options like tomatoes, cucumber, etc.

Great location, amazing facilities. Must visit in Derry.
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful, a choice for all tastes. Staff were attentive and very welcoming. Spa access was a lovely little bonus and definitely worth visiting during your stay.

Cons:

Really minor - but there’s no water in the gym, we had to ask for some to be brought over, which was done immediately but if there was a small supply of bottles in there it would have saved the team member a job!
