Perfect location with at home vibes.
Pros:

The location was perfect as we were so close to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful- even recommending a local Chinese takeaway! The room was comfortable and perfect for what we needed.

Cons:

Lighting above the mirror in the bedroom for getting ready would’ve been good. A draining board for drying up used kitchenware would’ve been useful. Not really things we didn’t like, but they would improve the rooms offering.

Good location, comfy suite, nice staff.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, a couple were not as knowledgeable as they could have been when asked about locations of places to see, but they tried thier best to help. Loved having the suite with a kitchen, this made it easier when we didn't want to go down for breakfast.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit rubbish, there was a vegan menu but none of it was available, and they said they couldn't make it as it was late into service but breakfast ran until 10:30am and it was only 9:40am, even the mushrooms were all gone and they wouldn't make more of those either. So we only ate that once and then did our brekky after that.

Pros:

The ambiance was really welcoming and I immediately felt at home. The staff were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. It was clean, well maintained and the decor was so well thought through. Location was ideal as we were so close to the cathedral quarter.

Pros:

Great faculties in the rooms - more like a compact apartment. Beds very comfortable and the decor was fab. 9 minute walk from Belfast central station.

Pros:

The best hotel room in this price range I've ever stayed in. Great use of space, fantastic decor, excellent kitchen facilities and bathroom. I could live there.
