Pros:

The staff were incredible, very friendly and superbly accommodating.

Cons:

The rooms have an adjoining door and they're not very sound proof, so much so you can clearly hear others conversations.

Great hotel, poor breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location in Belfast city centre, close to the shops, public transport and tourist attractions. The hotel is lovely, the bedroom was spotless with a very comfortable bed and top quality, spotlessly clean bed linen. Staff were all friendly, professional and helpful

Cons:

Breakfast. It was poor and definitely not worth the £27 we paid for 2. We could have had a superior breakfast at the nearby top quality restaurant The Ivy, for a similar price. Tea and coffee machines were out of order, Earl Grey tea cost extra, continental breakfast was practically non-existent with no fruit apart from a sad looking near empty bowl of grapes. The self service fry was mediocre. My advice would be, pay for room only and take a walk for breakfast to the Ivy or if it's a weekend, St Georges Market. Don't waste your money here.

Tres bon sejour, spacieux, propre et entretenu
Pros:

Tres bel etablissement avec un bon petit dejeuner, bien entretenu, spacieux.

Cons:

Des voisines excessivement bruyantes et alcoolisées, la chambre attenante à elles, la nuit fut amplement troublée 2 a 4h du matin, en dehors de cela le quartier est calme et proche de la gare.

Our room was lovely at first, but then when cleaned bits were missed , glasses left, not taken away, one day coffe cups

It was lovely and bright , very welcoming

Cons:

Don’t think the cost of our room was right
Lots of noise from doors banging, we were near cleaners cupboard , around 7ish their cupboard kept banging every morning, as they were in and out of it, last night , early hours doors again started to bang as people went threw , strange for that time, did mention this as leaving and was told it had been mentioned before and reception told us they will bring it up again.
Apart from this we realise it’s a fairly new hotel , and will go back again, just a few things to change.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly Michael helped us sort out our rooms when an unexpected error happened and upgraded our rooms. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and were exceptional with their hospitality. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was spotless and the location excellent.
