Pros:

Everything from the lovely staff and customers to the quirky room and decor. Very clean and well kept beds were so comfortable. The food was reasonable and the breakfast was delicious the location ideal.No issues what so ever. Planning already to going back.

Cons:

There was nothing I didnt like about this property.

Pros:

Location was perfect, staff friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and we really appreciated all the little touches- local art on the walls, environmentally friendly attention to the room. Totally recommend.

A quirky, boutique and (quality) hostel-y vibe, it was fine!
Pros:

The location was good and the staff were nice and friendly

Cons:

It was really busy and lively in the bar on a Tuesday night and it felt like an extension of the student accommodation across the way, there were used glasses from the bar left near the lift on my floor when I arrived at 4pm that were still there at 11pm

Pros:

I stay in this hotel frequently with my husband when we visit the city and have enjoyed it every time. I especially love the late check out so we get to sleep in! It really is home from home. Cannot fault it and the staff are extremely accommodating.

Central funky hotel with everything we needed to explore Belfast.
Pros:

The hotel is very individual. Spacious room. Friendly and attentive staff. Liked the sustainability approach. Liked the availability of the fridge.

Cons:

Some little items from the room/facilities seemed to have been taken by previous guests. e.g. milk bottles, gym mats. Seems very tough on a well priced hotel chain.
