Common areas were stylish. Staff were very welcoming. Comfortable bed and practical bathroom. Really, there was nothing to dislike. Bedroom could have been larger.

Breakfast whilst absolutely delicious was not particularly warm on each of our mornings. I know it's difficult to keep buffet breakfast hot but maybe a microwave would be the answer.
Also our Suite was beautiful and had everything we needed but would have benefited from a small set of drawers in the bedroom area.

The premise of the loft room for 3 adults was not clearly explained on the website or we somehow missed it! The third bed was not at all suitable for any of our party of maturer ladies. It was basically a bunk bed so we had to use the couch instead. The shower door became stuck and was extremely difficult to open so two of our party really struggled to get out. And the automatic lights caused a bit of confusion when they went out! Luckily we were able to laugh about all three issues and still had an enjoyable stay.

Facilities really good, loved that there were washing machines and tumble dryers. Gym was great too.
Toilets were very low down, ok for us but can imagine it's more difficult for older guests. Nice big mirror on the back of the door but a big fire safety sticker at head height. Surely this could be somewhere still in clear view but without affecting the use of the mirror.
Quiet , very comfy bed and perfect location
They advertised live music every night but it was just weekends and we were on a mid week break
