The staff were exceptional and the hotel was just superb.
The whole package. Room, bar, staff, everything was great. We wanted to move rooms to avoid having a joining door, and the staff were more than helpful. Live music in evening was a great touch too

Had a three night stay - a business trip extended for pleasure. The hotel is in a fantastic location only a short walk to the central attractions, bus routes (including the express bus to the airport) and to the train station. It has great, quirky décor, a very comfortable room with the bonus of a kitchenette meaning that the staff can provide fresh milk for in-room hot drinks, which is much better than mini cartons. Aparthotels are now our preferred option when staying more than one night. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel on our first evening. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
We would have liked the option for a cheaper continental breakfast, as £16 each was too much for coffee and a pastry, which was all we needed. A helpful staff member directed us to a very good coffee shop a few minutes away across the road. If I had needed to work in the room (which I didn't) I would have wanted a better chair rather than a stool to use at the table.

The central location waa great!
It was a bit dusty behind the tv which I found very disappointing after reading the reviews. The tv was on a mounted wall bracket which you could move. It hadn't been dusted in quite a while.
We loved everything about this hotel, it was so quirky and different. It was great to have a fridge in our room. It was our 1st time and definitely won't be our last. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Keep up the good work 😘

The location was great, directly in the City Center
The shower wasn't really clean. Still some blondr hair left from the previous guest. And it wasn't cleaned the next day either.
