Tolles Hotel und super schöne Räumlichkeiten.

Everything! Our stay was perfect, from the beginning to the end — From being greeted warmly and offered to a tour of the hotel whilst our car was being parked to the garage and our luggage moved to the room, over the lovely and stylish rooms, restaurant and spa facilities, to the attention to the littlest details, nothing was left to be desired!
I especially liked:
- friendlyness of the staff
- super good looking and stylish room (and the whole hotel in general!)
- the shower and bathroom
- cozy bed
- lovely details, like bedtime stories being placed in the room in the evening
- fabulous, tasty locally crafted food both at breakfast and dinner
- THE SPA! Large in size, featuring both a naked and clothed zone, offering a great variety of saunas, pools, tea, little bites, comfy rest areas ... Easily one of the best hotel spas I've been to.
I'm already looking forward to revisiting this hotel in the future, I definitely will! 😊

Ein sehr persönlicher und guter Service. Wir haben uns gut erholt und wohl gefühlt!
Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die hochwertige und stimmige Austattung bzw. Einrichtung des Hotels und die vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die uns zuteil wurden ( Willkommensdrink, herzliche Hotelführung, gute Nachtgeschichte, Reiseproviant, etc).
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen vorzüglich.
Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr gemütlich.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Sehr schönes Hotel. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Es gab bei Ankunft einen ausführlichen Rundgang. Das Hotel ist leider sehr verwinkelt und man spürt dass mehrfach angebaut wurde. Parkservice sehr toll mit fixem zugewiesenem Parkplatz. Frühstück ist phänomenal mit reichhaltigem Angebot und regionalen Produkten. Servicestation für Omelette und Eierspeisen ganz toll. Gut gefallen hat mir auch der Mixer/Entsafter zum selbst Saft herstellen.
Der Wellnessbereich ist recht schön mit mehreren Saunen und Dampfbad. Textil und nicht Textilbereich.
Sehr gute nahe Lage zur Liftstation.
Das Zimmer war unfassbar warm und die Temperatur konnte nicht geregelt werden. Ich habe die erste Nacht kaum schlafen können. Erst nachdem ich die Fenster geöffnet hatte ging es.
Am Freitag Abend hatte ich Gläser benutzt im Zimmer abgestellt, die allerdings bei der Abreise am Sonntag immer noch genauso dastanden wie Freitag Abend. Das ist ein absolutes Minus und geht in dieser Preisklasse gar nicht.
Ich hatte zum Abendessen einen Weißwein für 95€ geordert, der zur Degustation Zimmertemperatur hatte. Begründung war dass der Kühlschrank ausgefallen war. Auch das ist für mich in dieser Preisklasse ein absolutes No Go. Man hätte die Flasche vielleicht vorher etwas kühlen können oder das bei der Bestellung schon sagen können.
Schlechter Service.
Beim Käsefondue gab was altes Weißbrot vom Frühstück. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde frisches Schwarzbrot gereicht. Die Mengen für das Fondue waren sehr knapp bemessen.
Der Service war auch hier eher mäßig. Hätte ich bei einem Zimmerpreis von 600€/Nacht nicht erwartet.
Schade.
