Very nice stay
Pros:

Room very modern and clean. Service extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Only two small points for improvement:
1) there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom sink. I think it may be from the strange waste valve canister which was used as an alternative to a standard plumbing P-trap.
2) the bed was slightly uncomfortable — kind of thin and springy feeling.

But everything else was good during our stay.

Hotel Nuovo situato veramente a due passi dal centro bella struttura.camera molto bene insonorizzata e pulitissima. Bagno ampio anche se mancante di attrezzi per appendere gli asciugamani. Molto gradito bollitore tè caffè tazze per un piccolo break. Camera molto bene insonorizzata

We loved staying here in Lienz! The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The hotel was very close to the downtown area of Lienz so we could walk to dinner. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet is really good!

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Lovely modern room, very nicely decorated. Comfy cosy bed, powerful big shower, good air conditioning. Hotel is perfectly located just off the top of the main street. Short walk to the train station and lido.

Amazing experience! Beautiful reception area on 4th floor offers a wall of windows, glass doors, and a patio out to mountain views. Very comfortable room. Hikes nearby.
