Eine nahezu perfekte Zeit in Wien
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll, ob Straßenbahn oder U Bahn alles ist in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Der Frühstücksraum hatte eine angenehme Größe, es verteilte sich gut. Das Frühstück ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Bodens im Frühstücksraums ist verbesserungswürdig.

Great room, convinient location!
Pros:

The room was very well designed and clean. The location is good you can take the tram from the train station to get to the place directly, no transfers needed. The stuff was very friendly as well.

Cons:

The heating system had some trouble, but they fixed it quickly. Also the TV needed some setting up to work, but nothing serious. The door was tricky to open at first but that was resolved quickly as well.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel,gute Lage, Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer war leider eiskalt beim Einchecken. Dame an der Rezeption hat gemeint das ist in allen Zimmern so. Wir mussten den lauten Heizlüfter dann die ganze Nacht laufen lassen. Mit Baby nicht gerade angenehm.
