Bardzo dobrze spełnił oczekiwania jako miejsce na nocleg w dalszej podróży

Hotel położony w dogodnym miejscu. Cicho. Dobre miejsce dla dzieci , bawialnia oraz plac zabaw. Śniadanie bardzo dobre , szeroki wybór , smacznie. Bardzo czysto.

Komfortables, neu renoviertes Sport- und Kinderhotel nah an Altstadt und Therme.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist relativ neu renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Es liegt direkt neben der Therme und der Altstadt. Das 4-Bett-Zimmer war geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Es gab einen verschlossenen, sehr gut zu erreichenden Radabstellraum und kostenlose Bademäntel für die Thermenbenutzung.

Es hat alles gepasst.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.
Der Parkplatz ist ein kurzer Fußmarsch entfernt.
Schöne Terrasse beim Restaurant Wandelhalle.
Gute Speisen in Tapas-Manier, also kleine Häppchen, aber zum Teil sehr kreativ angerichtet.

Cons:

Das einzige was abgeht, ist ein Bade/Spa-Bereich. Durch die nahe Therme (5 Gehminuten) ist das aber nur ein kleines Manko. Außerdem bekommt man auf den Thermeneintritt eine Vergünstigung und es wir einem auch ein Bademantel und Badetuch zur Verfügung gestellt.

Wochenende mit vielen Abstrichen

Wir waren schon einige Male in diesem Hotel. Bis jetzt war immer alles in Ordnung, duesmal leider nicht

Cons:

Die Balkonbeleuchtung funktionierte leider nicht, also war Lesen in herrlich warmer Atmosphäre nicht möglich, nachdem der zuständige Herr im Urlaub war. Es wurde uns auch kein Ersatzzimmer - obwohl viele leer standen angeboten. Der Balkon war ausserdem verschmutzt. Es war auf jeden Fall mühsam für das Zimmer 131 einen zweiten Sessel für den Innenbereich zu bekommen. Das musste ich an der Rezeption erst beweisen, dass es so (mit Sitzgruppe) angeboten wird, eine Frechheit. Des Weiteren waren die Kosmetikartikel offen (Watteblättchen). Vielleicht sollten die Zimmer kontrolliert werden, bevor sie wieder vergeben werden.
Als wir die Rechnung verlangten, kamen wir zu einer supernetten Rezeptionistin, die sich erkundigte wie es und gefallen hat. Sie fragte ob wir kein anderes Zimmer wollten, dann musste ich leider mitteilen, dass die andere Rezeptionistin meinte, das zahlt sich nicht aus.
