Do not book with 4h wellness
Pros:

Terrible service from mamager and receptionist. No trace of goodwill or courtessy.

Cons:

Please do not book this hotel especially if you are travelling with the kids. We were in terrible trafic jam on our way from Croatia and the hotel is not allowing us to go to the spa on the day of check out even though it is part of our booking. Yes, they have send me the message in german for all the conditions but I would expect more curtesy and compassion from the hotel chain focusing on families. What is more no such a details are prpvided in the offer from booking.com.

Ausgezeichnete Lage. Vor allem auch für Erwachsene ohne Kinder zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel. Vor allem für Radfahrer. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr sauber. Frühstück ausgezeichnet es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Das Essen beim Abendbuffet wirkt wie Fertigprodukte, a La Carte ist für uns die bessere Wahl. :)
