The facilities would use a bit of upkeep. The shower faucet and drain specifically and airco could be a bit better. Would be nice if inside the pod there was a small shelf for glasses and cellphone.

les capsules ne sont pas très bien isolées, on entend les gens qui parlent (parfois très fort d'ailleurs)

The locker at the entrance doesn't notify when the door is open and how to open it. Not only for me, but another customer had the same issue at 10pm. And he was getting upset and aggressive

The towel is very small

The air-conditioning is not working on the capsule, I had to sleep with the door open

The isolation is not great, I can hear couples making love in the capsule next mine and I din't feel secure

There is no WhatsApp number and I didn't get a reply to my questions and concerns I sent via SMS and email in the evening. In the email to check in, it says we can reach at any time.

The plug to charge the phone on the capsule worked but with a very low power. My phone didn't charge to 100% in 7h....

There are lockers but no real explanation how and when you use them. If I want to use them after check out...

There is no space to open your luggage, just right in the middle of the commun area in front of the camera (no real privacy)

Irreführend eine DoppelKAPSEL als „Doppelzimmer“ anzuführen. Dusche wurde bei der Einrichtung NICHT als Gemeinschaftsbad angeführt.

It was a truly horrible stay from booking to check-out from the hotel. I accidentally paid three times for the hotel. When ordering, instead of confirming receipt of funds, a form appeared stating that the reservation was not confirmed. I wrote to the support service but they didn't refund my money. The hotel wrote me a letter with incorrect address details and hotel access code. I was able to check in only at 7 pm when I received the correct address and the correct access code. There was standing water in the shower because the drain was clogged. There was fungus on the walls of the shower cubicle. There were no bed linens on the blanket, and under the covers was part of a PCR test.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit, das Wasser in der einen Dusche floss nicht richtig ab. Nachdem die Putzfrau dann aber da war, war alles wieder trocken und sehr sauber.

Ausschlafen geht nicht, Putzteam am Morgen ist sehr laut
